The menu selection was outstanding, the food service is quick and the portions were huge for the cost. The restaurant is not to ADA standards (steps up into a small restroom). The appetizer of egg drop soup was excellent. The beef and broccoli course was awesome as was the combo plate.None of it was spicy beyond reason, ours was served super hot & steaming.

We were in the area to visit White Sands and wanted to eat dinner near the motel. We should have just skipped dinner. The food had no flavor except grease. The chairs were falling apart. The flooring was filthy. The servers were uncaring, inattentive, rude, and poor communicators. Nothing was good about our experience.

Kudos to these folks who say they do not use MSG in their food.Food is very good and they even have a mini-Mongolian style grill.

Really lovely owners, welcoming and friendly. Tasty delicious food, we ate Chinese but the freshly made sushi and sashimi looked gorgeous and probably tasted the same. I heard other diners sayIng how the restaurant had been recommended to them by three others. Will eat here again. Top service.

We ate at Asian Gardens two nights in a row. The first night it was just the two of us and we had excellent service and food. The wait staff was attentive and had good suggestions as to the "heat" of our selections. The menu selection is Thai, Japanese and Chinese. There is a great selection of Sushi - not something I would have expected in Alamogordo. The second night we had a group of 16 - reservations had been made and the staff was expecting us. I have to give kudos to all the staff - they took great care of us. The food was good again.

I was on my own for Friday night dinner and chose Bamboo Garden. It has been a while since I eaten there and thought I'd drop in. It's a small Oriental Restaurant and it looked like regulars already dinning. I was seated quickly and drink order taken, I ordered the Spicy Chicken and was given a bowl of egg drop soup to start. The meal was fine, not my idea of spicy chicken (rather bland for spicy) but it okay. Service was good, price was okay, I would recommend this restaurant for a try.

Just a storefront in a strip mall, this small Chinese buffet had a decent selection of food, about a dozen tables, and very responsive staff.

The spring rolls were some of the best Iâve ever had. Chicken satay appetizer had a very good peanut sauce.
