This is a fairly new eatery in the area. We went with another couple, who had eaten here once before this visit. The restaurant is large, the booths were good size and provided ample seating. We started with a few appetizers, dumplings, soup and edamame. The hot and sour soup was marginal, not hot and not sour! Hard to believe it was fairly bland. The dumplings were nothing special, the meat inside was rather mushy, no distinctive flavor. The edamame were steamed and would have been hard to screw up. Entrees ordered, dragon and Phoenix, beef red curry, chicken cashew, and soft shell crab roll. Dragon and Phoenix was nicely presented. The generals chicken was just ok, the seafood had lots of veggies. The beef red curry was bland, no real curry flavor. Disappointing. When asked if the soft shell crab roll contained a whole soft shell crab, the answers was yes. The only soft shell crab present were two small legs. This was very disappointing. Dessert was ordered, fired bananas. Presentation was very nice. Everyone said it was delicious. Would I go back....... nope. Too many other great choices in Pinehurst.
Like most great Thai restaurants, this place is tucked away in a shady looking strip mall... ironically between a strip club and a tattoo parlor.. you canât make this up. Both food and service was fantastic. If you can get past the location, youâll thoroughly enjoy your meal. The four of us had a variety of entrees and appetizers. Everyone was impressed.

Husband and I stopped in here for lunch today. 9/8/2018. This plan is a hidden gem. We ordered fried dumplings for appetizer. Delicious! I ordered the chicken pho and husband ordered the chicken larb. Both dishes were delicious. The owner/our serverwa outstanding. A warm caring person who made us feel welcome. And she caress about what we thought and wanted us to come back. This will become our lunch place when out and about. Will also come back for dinner. Thank you for outstanding meal.

This place has really good sushi and hibachi. It's a small little spot in a strip mall and works great for takeout as well. The only thing stopping me from giving it five stars for the hibachi: Sapporo in Fayetteville (on Reilly Rd) is the 5-star standard... Susa needs to catch up.

I always get their soup and broccoli. I am a huge fan of broccoli.. I know strange. They have a big selection and are always on point with their rotation of product and is very very clean. Really wish they had more dessert options. Please give us more authentic desserts

The people who work there are very polite, the portions are very generous. My only complaint is there's no alcohol. Not that, that's a bad thing but I love enjoying my meal with an adult beverage.

We enjoy eating hibachi dinners at Japanese steakhouses. Most often the restaurant has large tables that seat 8-12 diners around a big rectangular metal grill, with the chef standing on the inside long edge. This restaurant has just one shortened grill, and it's set at counter height with less than a dozen seats total around it - all other tables have no cooking surface, so their meal is prepared and brought to them. If the "show" is important to you, seeing your dinner cooked in front of you, you'll have to ask to be seated at the grill, and with limited seating there, it might be a long wait.We arrived early on a Sunday afternoon (we were actually heading to a steakhouse next door, but saw this place and thought we'd check it out instead) and the place wasn't yet crowded - but they were waiting outside by the time we finished! My dad wanted to see his dinner cooked, so we sat at the counter, although I'd have preferred to eat at a table at regular height. The chef was very personable, we got to see not only our meals but other meals prepared, and our server was also great, keeping our water glasses refilled and clearing away used plates and bowls. The food was good and plentiful (we both had leftovers for lunch the following day) and they were happy to make substitutions. One word of caution - with their Hibachi lunches they serve carrots as the side. We went ahead and ordered the dinners so as to get the salad, fried rice and vegetables, but wondered if the diners who were receiving the other meals we saw being prepared really wanted carrots, or if they didn't know what they were missing?Would definitely return. If we wanted to watch the chef, we'd call ahead to request those seats.

Came in on a Tuesday evening with a coworker. We were seated right away and the service was excellent for the whole visit. We started with a couple of sushi rolls and some pot sticker, then we both had the build your own bowls. Everything was delicious. We had a great time and we will definitely be back!

I have tried a few dishes here and have yet to be disappointed. The fresh spring rolls (not fried) are very good. Had the peanut chicken, chicken and broccoli, vegetarian dishes and all very excellent. Nice clean establishment with a friendly staff. I would recommend a visit.
