It is a typical Argentinean restaurant, good ambient, clean (but not shiny), with a very good "cava" (Argentinean wines of a wide spectrum of taste, quality and price). You can order from the cart, but the main attraction is "Parrilla libre" (asado, all you can eat). The meat and "achuras", perfect cooking, good quality and quantity (mollejas, riñón, chinchulín, asado, vacío, pechito de cerdo, etc.).If you are hungry, this is the place to eat in Río Cuarto!

Good location and very nice decor.... but... how I must to react when they don't have butter, mainly when they told me that after they gave me my order... ridiculous! I couldn't make my own choice! They have more than 60 tables and serve breakfast for around 200 people per day... I they haven't butter!Shame on them... It's like don't have bread in a bakery.

The menu is varied, but the meat is delicious. Also the wine selection. The restaurant is picturesque and very well located. The personnel efficient and helpful. Ask about what is the meal (parrija) before selecting, since some local meals may not be to your taste after all. The deserts are also very good.

Found ourselves in a vibrant rural town and checked Trip Advisor. We were blown away with this restaurant. Guillermo Perotto, chef and owner of Amaranto , trained in Paris and returned to his home town of Rio Cuarto ten years ago. We tried the Argentine Jamon Crudo which was very nice. My Tournedos de lomo al Mabec was absolutely cooked to perfection and the Malbec sauce was perfect with tenderloin. Amaranth salad was very good. Large selection of wines. White table cloth, professional and attentive server makes the atmosphere sophisticated yet the many TVs throughout the establishment gives it a modern twist. Best meal I have had in Argentina!
