El Balco specialises in meat, from sausages, ribs, rabbit, iberico pork to some of the finest steaks around. All of our meats were grilled to perfection by the grill master who has 30 years experience behind the grill. The wine and service was also very good.Good quality meats cooked over charcoal, what could be better!

What a wonderful experience in a quaint restaurant where the food is cooked on an open grill in front of you.Steak cooked to perfection, just as you asked, beautifully tender, a real treat. Good wine list, wonderful staff, excellent.

I loved this small cafe in the Old Town. It was my go to place to get a late lunch or mid afternoon snack to tide me over for a late dinner. Franco was a great host and I enjoyed his company and service. Chicken, Beef, Vegetarian, and many more. All fresh and cooking was done in the back. Great paired with the local red wine. Quick service and comfortable setting. Open when everything else is closed for a siesta!
