Something quite uncommon has occurred. The Capital Grille has arrived in Wayside Commons. A clear indication that the winds of distinctive dining have changed. Now, you can have your Stoli Doli well in hand within minutes of leaving your office. You can en
On my last day here i took a group of 8 people out for dinner allowing them to choose the restaurant. We had no reservation but were sitted within 10 minutes. The service and food were both excellent. The overall night was great for one and all.

Donât bother. Customer service is awful and the staff will argue with you about what you want. They are very unfriendly about basic substitutions. Iâm sorry but for the price of this food I expect top-notch customer service. Basically you get Olive Garden quality food for twice the price and half the service.

We decided to have brunch here after hearing so many amazing things about the food and service but unfortunately the experience here was not what we expected. The food was good but the service can definitely be better (specially from the owner/manager).We came here to have brunch with friends who were visiting Boston after almost 2 years. So after we sat down we all discussed the menu and then started chit chatting and catching up with each other and forgot the fact that the owner told us to close our menus when we are ready. I know it is common courtesy all over the world, but sometimes you are in the moment interacting with other people on the table and this is not a white tablecloth 5 star dining experience. This is a casual restaurant where we wanted to have a nice brunch with friends. But the owner came to our table and gave us a lecture about how we need to close the menus and how this is a common practice that is followed all over the world. I mean yeah most of the people on the table have been any where from 15 to 50 countries so we know dining courtesy but what we didn't need is that lecture. It was actually very embarrassing for him to talk to us like we were some illiterate people who have never dined at a restaurant before. Also we went there towards the tail end of the busy hour around 1pm but since we had 1 member missing from our group, he wouldn't let us sit inside(mind you we were a small group of 5). So in addition to standing in line waiting for our turn, we also waited additional 20 minutes outside in the scorching heat when a few tables were empty and he could have easily sat us inside. We would totally understand if it was super busy but I mean this is your restaurant and not a federal building where you can't make exceptions. The worst part is, after we were seated another group came and they were seated right away even though people were missing in their group. The manager who is so loud that anyone can hear him, seated them next to our table and asked them to relax and have drinks while they waited for the other diners. Anyways the food was decent. The omelettes are nice. The home fries are my least favorite, under cooked and under seasoned. My husband's favorite french toast is Coconut Macaroon although avoid the cream cheese and banana french toast, for it is flavorless and dry. They have freshly squeezed orange juice which is delicious. Waffles are excellent, my favorite is the caramelized banana and walnuts. My friend tried Caramelized Banana and Strawberry which she said was overly sweet and doused in sugar syrup. Maybe they should serve sugar syrup on the side so people can add it according to their liking. The banana pancake was nice and fluffy. I have mixed feelings as to whether I want to go back and dine here again. Time will tell!Anshita, weâre so glad that you and your friends could join us for a happy reunion. Because weâre a smaller establishment, we like to welcome and treat our guests with the same charm and good humor like we would welcome good friends. Additionally, we tell each and every party the same thing about our policy -- that when our guests are ready, we ask that they close their menus, just so we can serve them without delay. We sincerely apologize if this was interpreted in any other way than merely informative and with light humor. Furthermore, we're delighted that you enjoyed most of your meal. We're always happy to make recommendations from our menu so you can enjoy meals that are exactly what you're looking for. That said, it's possible to get the syrup on the side on any of our meals, and we would have been more than happy to accommodate this request had we known. Also, we admit there may have been some mistake, however, we follow the industry-standard policy that all members of each party need to be present before the party can be seated. Weâd love to welcome you and your friends back again for a better all-around experience.Sincerely,Mike, Owner

We came to the TWK with a recommendation from our daughter. We started with the corn bisque that was excellent and the rainbow beet salad, again very good. Main courses were the ribeye special and the cod. All done extremely well and perfect temperature. Fish was done right to spot and steaks were cooked perfectly to medium and medium rare. Broccoli rob was excellent and mashed excellent. We had some truffle and parmesan fries, excellent. Sangria was very good, sweet, but not overly sweet. Service was excellent. A little pricey due to drinks, but overall a very good meal and excellent service in a nice atmosphere. Paul, Thank you very much for taking the time to review TWK! We love what we do, and receiving positive guest feedback is the cherry on top. I am looking forward to sharing your review with the rest of the TWK team. When you visit us again please say hello, so I may thank you in person. Best, Katie Mitchell TWK General Manager

I found this on TripAdviser for a day-trip visit to Winchester. I arrived just before noon on a Saturday. I was looking for an reasonable, efficient place to eat before my activity. This met most of the requirements: reasonably priced, easy access (seats available before noon), diner type breakfast/lunch menu, friendly quick service. All this is good and the meal would have matched it all had they bothered to clean the grill. The food looked appetizing (The Contractor Special--eggs, french toast, sausage, toast, home fries on two plates!!) but the flavors just weren't well managed. I know it sounds picky but really things all kind of melded together so the French toast didn't really taste of French toast, and the home fries seemed to carry a bunch of other less appetizing flavors.

This place is everything! We went on a breezy fall Saturday afternoon, and the windows were all open which added to the already incredible atmosphere. It is as beautiful outside as it is inside. The food amazing. We got chili nachos, buffalo tenders and pulled pork sliders with fries. We loved every bite of everything. It is a warm and cozy atmosphere, and it is definitely our new favorite place. They have large booths and tables to suit any size party. There is free parking across the street. I highly recommend trying this spot. Your tummy will thank you!

We stopped off at Bickfords in Woburn I n the way to the airport and enjoyed a great brunch. While I got a buffalo chicken salad, my dad got crepes and my brother French toast. We all enjoyed our meals. My father especially enjoyed the crepes. Service was friendly and attentive. Good call coming here.

The black & blue experience is centered around Inventive Design, Inspired Cuisine, and a complete focus on Gracious Hospitality.
I used to like coming to Black and Blue but no more. When our party of 10 arrived, we were seated in a nice spot and a waitress came over and said she'd be our server. Then 2 minutes later, a better dressed and "experienced" waitress came over and said she'd be our server. It was obvious we were there not as "regular people" but on business expense so they swapped her out.She then began to recommend $200-$300 bottles of wine which really shocked me. I don't care whether I'm on company expense or not, I spend responsibly.First the soup came. It was about 3 ounces of soup served on a dinner-plate sized bowl. Looked pretty ridiculous if you asked me. It could certainly have been more generous. The taste was fine. I ordered the flounder, and it was the blandest piece of fish ever. Flounder is a delicate fish and should never be breaded and pan fried. What I got was dry and tasteless, completely destroying it. Might as well have gotten fish and chips. The $13 side dish of carrots was ridiculously overpriced. I mean, carrots? Everything was overpriced. Don't waste your money here.Anyhow, for a restaurant purporting to be good at steak and seafood, I'm not coming back again to spend good money on pretentious service and food.Thank you for sharing your review, we would like to apologize for the poor experience you've described, we would love to learn a little more about it. If you are open to continuing the conversation please reach out to us directly. Thank you for your time. Therese O. Guest Relations [email protected]
