Great for a relaxed lunch. Some slightly unusual and interesting paninis, wraps etc such as the bbq crunchy chicken wrap. Friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the food never comes particularly fast which limits it as a destination for a work lunchtime.

Came away from a trip here quite disappointed, especially when we got the bill which didnt match up to the experience. When a waitress absentmindedly picks up a glass full of water and then pours it all over the table, doesnt clean it up properly so we had a wet table and floor, doesnt replace the water either, i dont expect a mandatory service charge.The attitude towards allergies was rubbish as well, no real advice just a big list to work through yourself, which is OK but not massively reassuring, 'its your problem' felt like the approach.Would also be great to have some sort of suitable options for the kids, although ours were fine with the small plates.The food was very tasty but expensive for what u got even for Alderley, tiny portion of fries for 5 po though as were many of the small plates, tasty and well executed.Maybe going for proper meals rather than small plates will be a better experience. However what really let this place down was the service, for a group of 8 of us we will go elsewhere in future as we were all unimpressed. Even on booking with the advertised 50% off I got a scoff of derision when enquiring if this applied to our group (as their booking tool for this offer implied) that made me feel great too, it only applied to groups of 6 or less.Hi SparkyQ,I'm really sorry to hear you didn't have an amazing experience here with us. The bad part - fruit flavoured water - just ice cold water with a piece of fruit in it - not the thing for a young child. Food wise, lots of powerful flavours and huge quantities. Full on American style - bad for you on a regular basis I think, but an experience once in a while. They will bag up any surplus for you to take home. Quirky building style but toilets are upstairs which is poor. Huge car park and artificial grass at the front behind a good fence is good area for kids to play in. Young staff, maybe a bit too keen at times.
