The Old Red Mill Inn, a converted sawmill dating back to 1828. Our all American menu includes fresh fish, seafood, Chicken, Steaks and pasta. Prime Rib is our house specialty, as well as our VT Maple Bread Pudding. Salad bar is included with every entrée.
. I liked it a lot. Very friendly staff. Local Vermonters so expect the plain unvarnished truth. The menu wasnât extensive, Pub fare. I had a burger and fries. Very acceptable. I didnât much care for the beer selection, and the wine selection wasnât extensive but again very acceptable

Awesome place - something for everyone as long as you're looking for something that isn't too fancy. The rolling pin bowling is unusual and fun. The arcade isn't overpriced. The bar is ridiculously corny and fun. The employees seem like they have all worked there a while and they are great and welcoming, even for visitors like us. The pizza is the best we've had in the area. The covered mini golf course is good for a hot or rainy day. In addition to pizza they have mexican food. Prices are reasonable fpr the area. They deliver too if you live or are staying nearby, but when it is busy it seems like they don't pick up the phone.

Farm to Table Burger Bar with an amazing selection of local, seasonal, and regional starters and entree's. World Class Sushi available. Chef Chris Bonnivier blends New England comfort food with an elegant and stylish approach.
History moves in cycles. This place grew stale, with a poor menu under previous ownership, went uphill after the Hermitage organization bought it, and now it is deteriorating again, just as its corporate parent struggles to stave off bankruptcy. Endless personnel changes lead to poor service. The latest manager is a country bumpkin with no manners. Menu is getting downgraded and reduced. Everything takes forever, main course delivered before the appetizer, orders get forgotten. Food quality is down. When you go to the bathroom, there is no toilet paper. Sad to see the place sliding lowerâ¦it was good while its lastedâ¦

We came upon this when we wanted to have dinner before heading to Marlboro music festival. Wow, it was amazing!Started out with a Blueberry martini and some oysters! Then salad with homemade dressing and homemade bread. Their maple dijon should be sold in bottles! Amazing! Not sure why anyone would order off regular menu with the great specials they offer. I had the seabass with lobster butter and my husband had softshell crab. Both incredible. Homemade desserts as well as a great selection of beer and wine. Will definitely dine again if we ever get back to Wilmington!

This is a classic diner with excellent food. It doesn't have tables, but two very large oval counters where everybody sits together and eats. We ate a wonderful breakfast here --- the classic eggs n' bacon, home fries with onions, home-made (I think) toast, juice, and coffee. Friendly service, excellent food, and a down home atmosphere. Great little spot. No wonder the locals love it. So did we.

What was once the undisputed best bar and restaurant in the Deerfield Valley has nose dived in quality and service while maintaining NYC pricing. Even with an 8 pm reservation and a restaurant 80% empty we were offered the worst deuce by cold window. When asking for a banquet, we were given a run around. I assured our waitress we would wait in the upstairs bar until they could sort out the problem. There we enjoyed a unique and tasty Negroni served by a delightful bartender Alex. When miraculously a banquet became available we ordered the spatchcock style chicken for 2 which had been a menu mainstay and a treat. No more. The cold chicken was fatty, chewy and devoid of flavor. The steamed kale was undercooked and the waitress inattentive. As the Valley is turning around from the Hermitage debacle, Cask and Kiln should have been the flagship. Sadly we must find a replacement.

Chef-owned 14 seat dinner restaurant, offering an eclectic wine list and an intimate and romantic dining experience for mature patrons.
We were told Folly was a good restaurant, but itâs not good, itâs truly wonderful. Itâs amazing to find a restaurant of such top quality in a tiny Vermont town. Everything we ate was terrific, and since weâve just returned from a trip to Paris our taste buds are in top form. The rabbit was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked, served with a risotto rich in a happy variety of veggie bits, moist and pleasing but in no way heavy. The creme brûlée should be locked up - wonderful. Even the house salad showed thought and care, rejoicing in fresh and interesting ingredients with a super vinaigrette dressing. And the wine list is well curated and reasonably priced for such excellent selections.

there must be better in Wilmington. The steamers were good but gritty. Salads were below average, greens with 2 slices of cucumber, one small tomato and some red onion. Fried clams were average and the crab cakes were lacking the ingredient bearing their name. Service was good but wouldn't go back.

This was my first visit to Dot's Restaurant. It really has an incredible history, having been rebuilt after devastation wrought by Hurricane Irene -- search it on YouTube. Kudos to the owners and the town for what they accomplished. We went for dinner and that, I believe, was a mistake. Beer bottles were plopped down -- no glass offered. My Chicken Pesto Linguine special was not so special and not so hot (rather lukewarm, in fact). Bland. And overpriced, as all the entrees appeared. Finally, there's a big TV behind the counter. Please remove it. (At least there isn't a salad bar.)There appear to be a number of interesting spots in town for dinner that will be tried at some point in the future. Dot's Restaurant -- clearly diner food -- will be put on the breakfast bucket list. Especially the blueberry pancakes which sound awesome.
