My last review of Terrain was not favorable. I am here to say we were pleasantly surprised at the upgrades recently. Let's start with the outdoor chairs. Your clothes will no longer be destroyed by their chairs. And they're comfortable too. The menu has been updated a bit in the last year but more importantly the quality and presentations are significantly improved. The wine choices were very good. The hummus appetizer was phenomenal. Absolutely wonderful presentation and delicious. Both my wife and I had salads with add ons and they were delicious. The scallops were outstanding and the steak was perfectly done and delicious. We are so glad that Terrain has upped its standards to where they were in the past. We will certainly be back again.

My husband & I went to dinner for our anniversary and sat by the window next to the beautiful waterfall. Everything we ate was delicious, especially the Parmesan crusted halibut. Itâs crave-able! There is a train line that runs back there too, but it only passed by once in the 90 minutes we were there. Service was fabulous too!

My husband and I had lunch here today and it was great! It was busy but we were seated immediately. We started with a couple of appetizers, the lobster corn chowder ($8.95) which was nice and creamy and the reuben egg rolls ($10.95) which were excellent!!!! We each ordered a sandwich, the turkey wrap w/fries($12.95) and the Cubano special with a side salad($13.95). We had plenty of food to take home for another delicious meal. The restaurant was loud but most are around here. It didn't help their music was loud too. The server was nice but I felt like we had to keep getting his attention but maybe he just didn't want to rush us.I will definitely go back!!

In 35°c heat, we had lunch here and were served some very tasty food and were greeted as if we were regulars. The food was good and the restaurant was unexpectedly busy.

Having been a fan of Sugar & Olives for a while and taking a cooking class there, I suggested it as the venue of my friend's baby shower in December, and we ended up choosing it. Jennifer and her team were excellent partners in planning the event, from suggesting delicious seasonal menu items to offering a fun, nonalcoholic drink option and even helping with the decorating on-site. The space is perfect for a shower (we had about 25 people) and everyone raved about the food and drink. I can't wait to go back for brunch or dinner soon :)

We had an enjoyable lunch. They offer a typical diner menu- breakfast all day, sandwiches, salads, burgers, soups, appetizers, drinks, dinners and desserts. We both ordered omelettes with hash browns and toast. We both liked our food. The service was good too.

Fun place to go with friends, always packed, and affordable menu with delicious fried seafood amongst other fish and pub type dishes. It is a usper casual place right on the river with a great â dive barâ feel. The staff is very pleasant, service efficeint, and food is always fresh.

Oyster & Seafood Bar located on the Saugatuck River.
Dined here with five friends. Appetizers were amazing, especially baked oysters, crab toast, and trout pate; salads and entrees excellent. My wife and I split the whole octopus which was tender and delicious. Highly recommend for two. Only issue was the noise level. Arrived at 5:30 thinking it would be quiet but active bar crowd raised din to level such that we had to shout at each other and could not hear someone two seats away.

Very disappointed. Made a reservation for Birthday dinner. Restaurant confirmed few hours before reservation time knowing that air conditioning was not working. Arrived and sat us down and did not apologize for a lack of conditioning. This was on a day where outside temp was 91 degrees. Left restaurant with little or no apologize. We will stay away from the 4 restaurant chain in the future.

We had a very enjoyable lunch. They had both indoor and outdoor seating. We decided to be seated outside- lovely covered patio seating. They had a very good lunch menu- sandwiches, salads, appetizers, pasta dishes and entrees. In addition they serve drinks and desserts. I had the homemade veggie burger with a side house salad. It was a generous serving and everything was very fresh and tasty. My husband had the Chicken Caprese sandwich with a side Caesar salad. We both enjoyed our food. In addition we had very good service.
