This place is a wonderful option if you enjoy a good hamburger!As soon as you come in you feel a nice atmosphere, the service is really friendly and you can choose between different kinds of hamburgers and also between three different sizes: S (140 g), M (200 g) and L (280 g) that's really perfect.We ordered one small cheese burger with menu, which includes fries and a soda, we took the sweet fries with curry and korean sauces, my boyfriend had a medium BBQ burger.The burgers were just perfect. They buy the meat by local farmers, as well as the vegetables and the bread comes from a local bakery, where they bake these special burger breads for them. The menu size is perfectly fine, the fries portion is perfectly fine for two.If you happen to be in Weimar and you like eating a burger, this is your place!

Very good restaurant, big choice of dishes incl. burgers, salads, tasty soups (corn chowder ...yammi). It is placed relatively close to the centre of Weimar but not easy to find. It is not expensive, they have a lot of space in 2 levels. Perhaps not very comfortable seats but reallz to be recommended due to quality of food.

This is a very cosy cafe located close to the railway station. The menu is interesting with a lot of Persian influence, vegan version. Next to the interesting offers, both for eating and drinking, what I enjoyed the most was the quality of the ingredients. Here I must point out that they use the best meat alternative I've ever tasted: peas protein. The result is so delicious and well prepared that one cannot even understand that there is no meat involved.Prices are decent and fair.The service is very friendly and care taking and overall it was a very pleasant and surprisingly good experience. Highly recommended!

Der Besuch des American Diners war eigentlich recht spontan. Die Karte bietet ein umfangreiches Angebot an diversen amerikanischen Fast Food Gerichten (Burger, Sandwiches, Milchshakes etc.). Ich bestellte mir einen Pulled Beef Burger mit Pommes. Die Zubereitung dauerte eine gewisse Zeit, aber dafür hat die Qualität absolut überzeugt! Die Pommes waren knackig und weich im Inneren. Der Burger war mit frischen Zutaten, die eine gute Qualität hatten, belegt. Einen kleinen Abstrich gibt es beim Krautsalat. Dieser hätte mehr Gelegenheit bekommen müssen, um abzutropfen. Dadurch ist die Brötchenunterseite relativ schnell durchgeweicht gewesen. Ebenfalls gibt es einen Abstrich beim Getränk (Fruchtschorle). Zwar war dieses geschmacklich total in Ordnung, aber leider hatte das Glas Colareste am Rand, was nicht ganz so appetitlich war. Der Milchshake überzeugte komplett! Geschmacklich eine Bombe. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Der Chef und das Servicepersonal waren super nett und kommunikativ! Man kommt leicht ins Gespräch. Das Lokal selbst erinnert etwas an die Fifties. Typisch wie ein Diner eingerichtet mit englischsprachigem Radio. Um etwas aus der Masse hervorzugehen, wären eigene SoÃen zu den Pommes super gewesen.
