The Waverly Cafe is not to be missed! Warm and welcoming, great food, and fantastic atmosphere! The coffee and tea are delicious! The sandwiches and soups are creative, fresh and priced just right! The service is friendly and efficient! Do not go through town and not stop! A true gem! Thank you so much for the kind words!!

We stopped on the way to Memphis from Nashville. We had no expectations. It was fabulous! Family restaurant.

The donuts melt in your mouth and there is a good variety. There were probably a dozen ways to order the âfilledâ ones, and that is done on the spot. If you visit, be sure to try the apple fritters and something similar to a âpig in the blanketâ but I think it was some sort of sausage with an outstanding pastry covering.
