Pricing was a little on the high side but worth it for the food was great and the views were too. The Onion Rings were good and we appreciated that the breading was not too thick. Some places have more breading than onions. The service was very good, too.

Was staying in the hotel and came down for dinner. There are a ton of menu options (and Thursdays are 50% off all nachos). The pricing is hard to understand. Some things seems very reasonable while others seem overpriced. Ordered the bison chilli and for $9 I was full! Garlic bread(s) included. Not a ton of veggies in the chili (actually struggling to recall any in there), but lots of beans. Not served w cheese, or sour cream, and not spicy. Anyway it was tasty! Did the job. Service was pretty efficient but friendly; a guy new to Canada from England probably just a few shifts in. This restaurant is not one I go out of my way to visit in summer when there are other places open, but after thanksgiving your options shrink down to... like 2 places to eat :)Bar is def ambiance and comfortable, and they have several TVs for the games and such.

Had a delicious lunch, of chicken, quinoa salad and green salad. Prices for lunch entrees around $15. Food quite tasty. View of Clear Lake is spectacular. The restaurant is housed in a heritage national park log building so loads of atmosphere. Moose and bison heads hanging on the wall remind me of the country bear jamboree ride at Disneyland. We love a good burger, and we were not disappointed. Big, meaty, seared to perfection with nicely dense buns that barely held together as we groaned with full bellies after eating these big babies. Fries were good. Caesar salad was another nice surprise, with perfectly crunchy croutons and real bacon pieces. Bonus was arriving on Thursday for their $10 burger night! Awesome deal and awesome food. We will be back!
