Thereâs always something new to try from the breweryâs rotating taps, including taster trays, pints, and growlers-to-go. The lively public house offers family-friendly dining with made-from-scratch meals using organic, natural, and local ingredients. An up
My wife and I stopped in again for lunch. We chose to sit on the first floor this time as we had lunch on the second floor the last time we visited. The menus are different on each floor, so it just depends what you are after they particular day. Upstairs menu is pizza based with salads. The pizza is cooked in their wood fired pizza oven. They use Oregon oak to keep the pizza oven temperature consistent at 600-700 degrees. The pizzas are very good. Downstairs menu is hamburger, sandwich and taco based. I had the pulled pork Sweet Caroline sandwich was very flavorful. They have a full list of beers and wines available on both floors. Good service, good food and an overall good stop anytime you are in the area.

Very fun bar vibe and classy. We ordered off the bar menu-very reasonable prices and portions very adequate. Michelle, a bartender there, was a pleasure. Answered all our questions-multiple times. If youâre in Astoria itâs an enjoyable bar.

Urban Cafe, not the restaurant next door, has wonderful food at reasonable prices. Order at the counter (menus there, as well), and it's delivered to your table of choice. We ate lunch there mid July 2019 and were delighted with quality and price. We did not order dessert, but the table menu showed us an interesting assortment at current, typical dessert prices. For mid tourist season, we were surprised that the Cafe wasn't crowded. Were peops all eating at the usual and prevalent fast food joints on the roads in and out of Astoria? They should have parked downtown and found this tiny, but excellent cafe.

We were there for breakfast and had so many great choices! We had to go back the second time to try other favorites on the menu and we were not disappointed. The two people who waited on us were very knowledgeable and great help too.

Smaller restaurant, with a bar, a bit eclectic and funky. Located in the older downtown part of Astoria(?). We had reservations but probably would have not really needed them. For appetizers we had the Pacific Rim Cheesebread. Really decent. Lots of flavour and melty cheese goodness! We had the Clam Chowder - fantastic, the Seafood Cobb Salad - also fantastic, and the Tortellini No desert!!Good service, polite staff.

We had heard from our friends about some great prime rib from this place on Friday and Saturday nights. I placed a to go order for prime rib and I'm glad I did. When I arrived, they had a tray of food ready for me and gave me a box to take a salad with me. The tray included a huge piece of prime rib (at least 12 oz), a double baked potato, broccoli, corn and a roll. The salad bar had about 12 items plus dressings. I got two meals out of this purchase and really it could have been three. Everything tasted great! All of this for $14.99!FYI - there are restaurant.com coupons for this place but they are not valid for to go items.

The view is great, the glass floor with the sea lions is fun, and food is wonderful! The atmosphere is pub like. The wait staff busy, but helpful. The clams I had were the best I've ever had. In fact everyone at my table thought so, so we came back the next day so they could order them. Great!

Good food and good time
Having recently relocated to the area, my real estate agent recommended that we stop at Bubba's for lunch while touring houses. Heard all the hype from local friends and my agent but I was skeptical. Upon arriving we were greeted by the bartender and staff, including the owner himself. We ordered lunch and I've got to say, it was an amazing burger! Local micros on tap plus a few old standbys. Canned and bottled selection is ample. Want to watch sports? This is the place. You're only a stranger once. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Good spot for a quick lunch - good selection of sandwiches and very good soup! Probably the only Monte Cristo sandwich on the North Coast makes it worth the visit!

Arnie's Cafe is the locals favorite place on the Coast to get Breakfast, which is served all day. They also have a great lunch selection.
We have discovered another wonderful place to eat breakfast. We are early risers and so look for places with good breakfast listings. We found it in Arnie's. The people are friendly, and the food is out of this world. We will be back.
