Stopped here after hiking and we were hungry. Food made to order not fast food. We ordered French fries, salad, fish sandwich. Total was $20 including tip. Food was good home cooking and tasty. Very interesting place, serving as they say God and not booze. Lots of inspirational sayings all over the walls. Better to eat outdoors than sit in the restaurant, if you are seeking ambience.

A very local place, but welcoming to all. The ladies here are wonderful. The food was delicious and nicely prepared. This is a casual laid-back place to just relax and enjoy where you are. I will be here again.

This is a great place to stop while visiting the Waimea Canyon area. It has a fun, casual atmosphere with rustic furnishings. There are even couches, comfy chairs, books, and games to play. They have a full bar and also a coffee bar. The food is delicious, especially the nachos! I also highly recommend the bloody mary made with jalepeno tequila - I'm not a bloody mary person, but I would drink one of these - so YUM!

The Saddle Room Provides Quality Food, Beverage and Entertainment to the Waimea, Hawaii Area.
This place seems to be part of the Steakhouse next door, but sells only bar food (read burgers, etc). It is significantly cheaper and less hassle than the restaurant next door. Orders were taken quickly, but something went badly wrong in the kitchen thereafter with our order taking over 30 mins to arrive. Not happy! The burgers were very tasty and well cooked, and the garlic fries were sublime. It was a nice, unexpected gesture of them to waive the bill given the poor food delivery, but it should not have happened really. BTW, it was not the servers fault (and we still tipped her) - it seems to have been a stuff up in the kitchen. The live music they had on was pretty good

After a morning of whale watching, we were hungry! Went to Gina's and had some incredibly good food. The loco moco was fantastic, along with the chicken sandwich. The best part was the desert though! YUM! The coconut pie was unlike anything I've seen or eaten before - huge, yummy shreds of coconut. I wanted to try the apple pie, but someone bought them all before we arrived. So I tried the pumpkin pineapple crunch and it was perfection! Great food, great prices, great service!

Wrangler's Steakhouse Provides High Quality Steaks, and Other Dishes to the Island of Kauai, Hawaii.
Went on a Na Pali Coast tour which was the best thing we did. After we drove into Waimea and this place stood out. I really like it, old school restaurant with a deck out front overlooking the main street. It's a cowbow/country type store also. We saw a dude on a horse riding down the store and crossed right in front of the restaurant. I got their version of moco loco which doesnt come with egg. Really good rice gravy, hamburger with onion and mushroom. Really good. The other guys got burgers, I should of got a burger they looked awesome with garlic fries. A little hot for me, no AC not even inside. Clean cool place, just needs more fans or AC. I would go again, really nice employees.

An Hawaiian twist on an old american favorite... ***Friday Night you will find me in Hanapepe at the Art Walk from 5:30-9. Not in Waimea***
Came across this place as we were sharing a Shave Ice just down the street at JoJoâs. Picked the Number One from the four available items which was delicious Kalua pulled pork, grilled onions over a fat pineapple sausage in a bun. My mouth is watering now. Excellent quick bite after driving up the canyon.
