We stopped in for a supper when we were passing through. Our server brought us the menus quite quickly but then things started to slow down, we ordered one daily special and one sandwich. There were only 5 tables with people at them and we could see 3 people working the kitchen. We finally got our meal after more than 35 minutes waiting. The food was okay, nothing special, just a basic sandwich. We wonât be stopping there next time through.
At Subway were dedicated to hand crafting delicious subs, wraps and salads in a fresh welcoming environment.
Food is typical Subway so that is good. The 2 ladies working there probably need a bit more training. Biggest issue was that one lady handled the cash and the vegetables wearing the same gloves for several customers. Service was below par. It was a bit of gong show. Hope things will improve. Dear SherriMag.I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that the preparation of your food during your visit did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at Subway® is sorry. My employees are trained to strict food prep guidelines and I have shared your valuable feedback with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for choosing Subway® and we look forward to seeing you soon.
