Enjoy an excuse to detour here for lunch. Down home good food, especially soups. Occasionally there's a dessert you just have to go for. If available, go for the CHOCOLATE BOMB. It's about the size of a grenade. Chocolate lovers will drool.

10 of our expanded family ate there at noon ordering a wide variety of items. The service was friendly but I think we had new person that did not know how to enter low-carb for two sandwiches to make them gluten-free. We had an extra item when our food arrived. We then ordered extra shakes and they gave us credit for the extra item that we had paid for. They were trying hard and were friendly and made a sincere effort to be helpful throughout the whole time. All of us liked the food. We are not normally in Warsaw but would stop again if we are.

This is a local favorite. The staff really takes care of you. Varied menu of different choices of basic food. However, their soft shell crabs are out of this world as is there clam chowder. As around for what folks rave about.

For awhile food was just so-so, but over the last couple of years it has risen to excellent. And of course being on the water is a BIG perk.

I ordered a dinner salad and thought I couldnât go wrong. However the salad had country ham on it it was awful with the other ingredients in the salad. Another person in my party had the softshell crab sandwich and really like that. Not so many restaurants in town so this is why we chose this one.
