French American fusion, vegan & g.f. options. Local farm to table concept, homemade pasta, sauces, & desserts. Local wines & craft tap beers full liquor license.
The first thing that comes to mind is the amazing service. Our waitress was so nice and welcoming. She knew everything about the menu. The food is freshly made and the menu, while limited, offers unique and interesting items. We had the mushroom soup which was creamy with the most perfect flavors. This is easily something you would find in a 5 star restaurant. My daughter had the Vegan Strawberry Coconut ice cream. This is ice cream homemade by the owner. My daughter is still talking about it.Thank you for the wonderful review, we look forward to your return!

Casual cafe with a local, seasonal menu. Outdoor dining. Vegetarian & gluten free friendly. Drop Off Catering available.
We had a wonderful evening here with friends. Each plate was delicious, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend this place for a casual and delicious evening!
Friday night steak night is great! Steaks cooked to order outside in a grill - with a salad and baked potato included in the price. They have different size steaks available. You can BYOB.
Come for the largest selection of Irish whiskey in America, delicios burgers made of our own locally and lovingly raised beef and some live music!
The fireplace is a nice touch, since it was real cold when we visited the other night for the first time. The burger was outstanding. Beers are reasonable and there is a very good selection. We didn't see anyone drinking whiskey, strange for a whiskey bar. We'll surely be back, and I'd recommend to anyone that they pay a visit.

We are a cute comfortable, hip spot in the heart of the Village of Saugerties. We are proud to feature pieces from local artists on our walls and our friendly staff will make you feel welcome and comfortable. Our locally sourced menu offers something for
Sweet little homey place in a sweet little town. Definitely in the running for the best corned beef hash I've ever had, and that's going some distance. Friendly and attentive service staff, and all the dishes seemed super fresh. Wish we had a place like this near where I live!

Gastropub serving rotating selection of craft beers, with focus on New York state breweries. House made sausages, fresh food, come atmosphere.
On a short exploration of Saugerties, we were disappointed to not find the number and types of antique shops rumored to be there, but delighted to discover the Dutch Ale House for lunch. Flight of beer for tastings was generous and had a great selection. Nice variety in menu and we found the burgers to be delicious!

I was conflicted about how to rate this restaurant. I had excellent grilled pepper sausages (spicy) with maple corn pudding. It also comes with onions and a sunny side egg on top. My daughter had a great burger with a fried egg on top, and my wife had the All Good Things salad. The ingredients were top notch and the chef is excellent. But, they have no systems for servicing customers. The servers aren't assigned specific tables, so two people tried to take our orders. Someone asked us if we'd like our check before our food arrived. Its as if they just opened with a new staff. The servers treated us well and tried hard, but they are just aren't trained and organized well. Also, the cappuccino comes a coffee cup as big a soup bowl.Setting is interesting - an old church. There is outdoor dinning.

It was friggin delicious. From the watermelon cocktail, fried calamari, duck spring rolls, truffle scallops, homemade pappardelle, baby back ribs. And the dessert, ooof, excellent. The vanilla panacotta with lavender ice cream. I recommend to anyone going there. And the service was delightful. Thank you!!!

Soulful and Elegant cooking with a nod toward Gaelic Gastronomy. True and welcoming hospitality. Refined cocktails, wines and ale. Serving Dinner Thursday to Monday.
Bia is an absolutely perfect experience combining exceptional food with an elegant but unassuming atmosphere with friendly caring and professional staff. In other words - Manhattan culinary excellence without the Manhattan attitude or crowds. Last night we tried the roasted Monkfish which was cooked to perfection accompanied by two fried oysters. My other half had the duck which was tender and delicious. On past visits I sampled the salmon on potato boxty (Irish pancakes) which was popping with freshness, the venison carpaccio was tender and delightful and the lobster, black pudding and braised pork belly which upped the ante on what avant garde Irish chefs are attempting. Honestly the whole thing comes together as though it was effortless from the scrumptious dishes, the cool vibe and the perfect drinks. Welcome to Rhinebeck Bia. So happy to have you in our town!
