Steakhouse Restaurant that will provide an upscale dining experience that offers finest in food, an elegant atmosphere with high-quality service.
Went there to treat my family since it was my Birthday and Fatherâs Day, and itâs the only steakhouse in Tarlac City that I know of. I went there with high expectations because of some reviews, but once I got there... I was really dismayed. Here are some reasons why:1. The atmosphere is not âfine-diningâ. Iâm not sure if itâs being advertised as such or itâs just the comments of other people, but itâs not. Toilet doesnât have water, flush, air purifiers. The main areas have flies flying all over. Seats donât have foams. 2. Servers donât know how to greet and smile. I had to open the door even if they were already looking at us from the bar, and we had to look for our own seats â they wonât even guide you. No âgood afternoonâ or âthank youâ after you eat. Even when you ask them about the food or the serving time, they are not sure about what to say. 3. Priced too high, but poor food. I think this restaurant is like those of The Bistro Group, and the prices are almost the same. Itâs just that you can get better experience from similar restaurants like Texas Roadhouse, Chiliâs, Buffalo Wild Wings, Morganfieldâs, House of Wagyu, etc. I mean Iâm the kind person that wants to maximize the value for money â in Steakside Taste and See, I feel like Iâve been rip-offed. Example, (and this is my mistake because I didnât read the description) I ordered buffalo wings expecting it to have celery and blue cheese since the price is similar as to that of other buffalo wings from other restaurants, but it arrived with thinly sliced cucumber and ranch dressing that tastes similar to the dressing of my Caesar salad.4. Poor service. Serving time is very long. My Entrée was served first before my appetizer. Waiter did nothing to get rid of the flies. 5. Cash Only. They donât accept credit or debit cards. I did not enjoy my food (mixed seafood platter), but I enjoyed my momâs food. She ordered the ribs. serving was generous (except the mashed potato) and itâs tender and tasty. I recommend the ribs if ever you will visit. Overall, I didnât enjoy. Maybe I just really high expectations because Iâve read reviews and because Iâve been to other similar places with similar prices.

I went on vacation to Philippines from America and we to this restaurant with my wifeâs family (13) people. And when we went they had a Korean style buffet and Filipino food. I did not go for the Filipino food because despite it being in warmer trays, The food was still cold. As for the Korean style buffet. They did not have any beef. Only pork. So my wife could not eat (she cannot eat pork). The pork we did received was not very fresh. Kind of a brownish color almost like it was left out of the refrigerator and cooled afterwards.

I joined the line in the senior service line only to find out that obliviously the counter help does not follow the company policy... I watched them service 3 teenagers two which jumped in front of me in line and nothing said... When it was finally my turn to order I place my order and was in the process of paying two the teens came back order addition items before I had finish and were also accommodated before my order or the 3 senior after me... Bottom line it they are going offer a priority line for seniors then it should be for senior and be enforced.... By the time my order arrived the fries were cold and the zinger sandwich was also cool with no sauce... Eat there all the time, but if this is the way things are going to be ran then there are other restaurants that serve chicken in the mall...

This is a good choice for my family whenever we are at SM. I love their classic chicken and their high protein meal and even their high fiber meal. The best grilled chicken.
OMG, thought this place would be boring. Targeted towards the young but no not really. The food is awesome, the drinks are very good and the service is amazing. Danced and drank the night away. Will go again for sure.

The kids love Pepperman Pizza! Their pizza is not very oily as compared to the other pizzerias around. We always go here to satisfy our pizza cravings.

McDonald's is conveniently located along McArthur Highway. We wanted a light meal before returning to Manila so this turned out to be a good option for us.
The place is in need of more renovation and modernization, but the saving grace would be the warm, hospitable, helpful staff and its cleanliness.I think the hotel has potential to be better, if the management paid more attention to detail. For one, there was no door greeter. There were still left-over red strips of crepe paper attached to thumbtacks on the wall, from who knows how many events ago; they were using tattered, very visible, green nylon string to open the lock on one of the function room main doors; the knob of the door was falling off and was attached with clear, packing tape; the white chair coverings, again while clean and washed, is already showing signs of age; no paint peelings as the place does look like itâs been re-painted; the new aircon is hidden while the old but still working aircons look like theyâve been battered for years and have survived a flash flood with some yellowed paneling falling apart already. The projector we rented was fairly new. There are a few cracks on the floor; but the caféâs décor tiles look new and the pattern is neat and pretty. The bathroom for the handicapped had no toilet roll holder or toilet paper; but the female washrooms did, with a mirror that is also in need of replacing ( it has the black spots that come with age ).The food could also be better â Maja club was ok , but again could be better if they used better bread. I liked their Dinamite and chips but their chili con carne tasted more like the Filipino sweet spaghetti sauce. The taste of their grilled chicken was good but it was tough. And their buttered veggies seemed to be the frozen type, but it had the taste of butter instead of being blanched so I was alright with it.Last of all, was our Account Executive who was very accommodating and chill, though I wish she would answer her phone more promptly as she seems to leave it elsewhere, and there have been a few errors that caused delays in our transaction, but I would overall recommend her and am very grateful for her service. She has always informed me of when she had to go on leave and has always tried her best to fulfill our requirements. The technicians and servers were also professional and on-hand.I would also recommend this hotel, despite itâs hiccups. I think if more people used it, more income would flow in and they would use the profit to renovate. It already feels like theyâre renovating what they can when they can, which is great.
