After hiking in the Carrizo Plains, I was starving. Stopped in Taft & found this great restaurant. The owner loves Taft and can tell you anything about it. His wife is the cook and makes an amazing hamburger with all the fresh toppings. They had plenty of beer choices too. Very friendly, very clean and there are a couple mascots too.I will be back to try other menu items.
