Świnoujście [ɕfʲinɔˈui̯ɕt͡ɕɛ] ( listen) (German: Swinemünde [ˈsʋi:nəˌmʏndə], both names meaning Świna mouth) is a city and seaport on the Baltic Sea and Szczecin Lagoon, located in the extreme north-west of Poland. It is situated mainly on the islands of Usedom and Wolin, but also occupies smaller islands, of which the largest is Karsibór island, once part of Usedom, now separated by the Piast Canal (formerly the Kaiserfahrt) dug in the late 19th century to facilitate ship access to Szczecin (Stettin).

We went there for a visit for a late dinner. First dish seafood chowder with lots of fish bones, taste like a normal chicken broth with bit of fish inside. Second appetizer - mozzarella and tomato bruchetta with one tiny and thin slice of mozzarella on each one, with lots of salsa. Tasty but expect more for 20 zlotych appetizer. We order duck in vine sauce and pork escallops for second dish. Duck was hard and burned on the top, sauce was from other dish, wasn't wine sauce, side salad from red cabbage taste like it was there couple of days. After we said this to waiter, he said we're wrong and it was right sauce and he don't thing duck was bed. High price for food like that! Other thing while is a restaurant with nice atmosphere next to us was 3 guys watching TV pretty loud and rude, but waiter seemed to ignore that as well. I don't recommend it for food.

Quirky little place, nice atmosphere and decor to that of most other bars. Easy to relax in here and enjoy having a drink. Love the Malibu sunrise cocktail, I haven't been able to find this anywhere else. Also had a nice veggie burger here and it is not easy to come across veggie food in Poland!

Lokal okazaÅ siÄ dużym zaskoczeniem, jedzenie znacznie smaczniejsze od KFC, przemiÅa obsÅuga, produlty byÅy Åwieże i przygotowane naprawdÄ smacznie.Polecam z czystym sumieniem, lecz to nie jedzenie na dietÄ :D

4. Meat & Fit - Slow Food

Burger was not extraordinary. Typical meet and a roll that can be bought in a discount. But we took a 'zabóczy' one with extra hot sauce and it was a devil's one. Never in my live I have tried such a spicy stuff. I cannot recommend it as a daily meal however you have to try it once to prove that you are a tough guy. Unfortunately I was not;)
