Reviews on American food in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. Suzhou is a major city on the lower Yangtze known for its canals, bridges, pagodas, and beautiful gardens. These gardens were built and owned by wealthy families and emperors hundreds of years ago, and make for a pleasant place to wander during nice weather. Suzhou is also a major center for silk production and manufacturing, and a tour of a silk factory here provides an interesting and educational glimpse of this Chinese textile industry. Suzhou is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Bookworm Suzhou is at once café, bookstore, restaurant, library, bar, comedy club, and live music venue; truly a central cultural hub of the great city of Suzhou, and one of the most classic expat-operated venues in town.Located just off the famous Sh
We were looking for some Western food and saw this place on TripAdvisor. Good deal on beer and a decent margarita pizza. Hit the spot! We'll come back.

The Suzhou location is the fourth Mortonâs Grille worldwide with the first one in Woodlands, Houston, Texas, the U.S and the second one in Guangzhou, China and the third one in Niagara Falls, Canada. We wish to bring the fashionista and elites in Suzhou t
We came here to celebrate an anniversary and we were directed to a private room on the second floor with a view of the street. The odd part was leaving the main restaurant and walking into the mall to take the escalator to the separate second floor entrance. There was a lot of wait staff and service was very well coordinated and almost flawless in execution. One of the best meals I experienced in China in recent memory. We ordered the ahi tuna/avocado along with grilled prawn appetizers. Both were very good but I wished for more. The rib eye steak was very juicy and cooked perfectly. The side dishes of Mac nâ Cheese and Au gratin potatoes were creamy, cheesy and very decadent.Prices are about par with the US.Will definitely come back again.Thank you for dining with us at Morton's Grille Suzhou. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our food and service and really appreciate for your comments. We will share it with all the staff and we will make sure to continue improve. Thank you again and we look forward to welcome you again!

Very good value for money. This western/American style restaurant is relatively cheap and has a relaxed atmosphere, the outdoor seating tucked away from the main mall is very pleasant. Extensive menu, we opted for the cheeseburger and a pasta dish and, with a drink each, that came to just under $20.
25 Draft beers on tap, good food.
They've got a good selection, and being on top of a mall they both don't close early and aren't subject to the sounds of traffic that a storefront might otherwise have issues with. They've found a way to recreate the atmosphere from the other side of town, I hope this location does well in the future.
