We stopped in here for lunch. I had a soup and sandwich special. A patty melt with corn chowder. The corn chowder was good, thick, tasty and hot. The Patty Melt was good and hot too. The place could really use a deep cleaning and fresh paint.

We both ordered the special of two eggs, two sausage and toast. The food came very quickly, I assume because it was all made ahead and just heated up. The scrambled eggs were rather tough. The sausage was okay. The toast was made from really cheap bread but edible. (More so than the place we ate the day before which boasted "homemade" -- now that was bad bread!)

If you are looking for value in your night out this is the place to go. They always have nice specials and there service is excellent. Whenever our group is deciding where we would like to eat The Hammond is usually the choice. Great Prime Rib specials along with a Great happy hour!! I am one that tends to be disappointed when I go out and eat, then get the bill and think for that kind of money I could of done it myself. Not so with The Hammond, Iâm always pleasantly surprised when I receive the bill. I really appreciate we still have this old school restaurant in the twin ports. Thank you so much!!!

I have been to OMC three times. It's a fun restaurant with a great little outdoor patio. You are served pork rinds to test out their four different types of bbq sauce. I have ordered their smoked chicken quesadillas twice and they were excellent. However, the last time I was there, I decided to try their smoked chicken tacos and they were awful. I believe the chicken must have been microwaved too long and the meat was really dry. Anyway, I will go back and try it again but just won't order the chicken tacos. Later afternoon lunches there are nice .... no crowds but the evenings get pretty busy.

What a great experience! I have driven by Gronk's so many times and never stopped, boy was that stupid. This will now be a regular stop for me. My wife and I stopped for lunch and shared the Gronk burger and the Italian bomber. They were both fabulous! Great tasting sauage on the italian bomber, and the fried cheese on the Gronk was superb! Their sauces are all homemade, like the BBQ and the blue cheese, as well as the cole slaw. Man that stuff was good!!! Our sever Sarah, was so friendly and helpful, great recommendations and fun historical facts. Thanks Sarah, we'll see you soon.

Stopped in for dinner with another couple. Quaint atmosphere. No reservations; first come first served -- no hostess either: find a table & sit. All burgers but quite the varied options. They are all HUGE ... you don't need a double like I got! Fries were quite good. Knowledgeable staff. Good food. Would go again. On street parking. They don't accept credit cards but do take checks; they also have an ATM. Cheap eats.

Interesting location, it is a converted train station. They did not change the room design but more the furniture so the area is more thin and long. The room closest to the bathroom.had a lot of pictures and articles from the past. it was as though you are walking out of the bar and restaurant into abandoned room from the past. We went on Monday and they had folk group singing. It is a hopping place for adults, in an area where there is little in the way of retail and restaurants. This a run down industrial area. We had pretzels for appetizers and they were not bad (served with mustard). Everybody love the pizzas except me. it could have been the thick crust. I not did really get the taste until I had a cold piece the next morning. For two small pizzas, a regular pizza, and two pretzels it was near 70 dollars so for my normal range this was very expensive.

Great cider selection and huge pretzels! Tried the pear cider and cucumber mint cider and both were great. Not a fan of cucumber but they offer samples and it was surprisingly refreshing.
