Stopped here on a Friday afternoon, just before the arrival of the dinner crowd. Had a beastly day, so was just looking for some comfort food. Swiss cheeseburger deluxe, why not? They nailed it, and the serving size was very generous. Toss down a few cold brews, enjoy the people watching at their Tiki Bar, and a bad day is now good. Fun place!

We've been going to BeckyJack's for years. It will never be the same without Kim and Joe, but Kim's sister and staff are doing a great job carrying on for them. We always pop in whenever we have company because they have to get their "Crunchy Fish Sandwich fix"....lol. Dollar bills have been removed from all over the walls to the ceiling. Doesn't look like as many as there were when they were on the walls, anyhooo, couldn't find mine. We can keep the memory of Kim and Joe alive by continuing to support the torch bearers. Missing Miss Fancy Nancy too. As I always say, especially places like this (tiny) place, save yourself the aggravation, don't go at peak times. Seating inside is extremely limited.Thank you so much for the such kind words. We're following in Joe and Kims footsteps doing our best. We did return every dollar to the ceiling and added a stack that had never been put up. The ones that were torn or partial are on the walls in groups. Next time you're in let us help you find yours!

Casual, Classy, Comfort Restaurant serving American cuisine, Seafood, and Steaks. Happy Hour 2pm -5pm Tuesday through Saturday. Early Bird Menu 3pm - 5 pm Tuesday through Sunday
This great little secret has the best Louisiana oysters Iâve found-raw or most importantly the best oysters Rockefeller Iâve ever had. This restaurant has live entertainment both in the freshwater/marsh canal alongside the al fresco dining area and on the sound music stage outside. The owner an old sailor retired California/Colorado pharmacist takes real pride in his offerings which are all tops. The casino oysters are new and delicious. The fried calamari is the best in the area and the fresh fish is beyond description. When youâve died and gone to fish heaven this must be where you wind up. You can feed the fish and green turtles the leftovers ; since youâll lick your plate leftovers may be scarce. Nothing formal-they open at 12:00 noon. The orders of French fries are copious and wonderful for a commercial fry. As with all restaurants stay away from items that you can get away from the sea-remember even the Cove has to ship in those wonderful oysters. If someone you know doesnât like oysters this may change his taste. Itâs hard to explain what makes a good experience at a restaurant but the chefs here the entertainers the host really care-which equals a great time. Price is reasonable like $12.99 for a dozen raw or another $4 for Rockefeller twelve of which make a meal. The Cove is worth the trip. Since,as all restaurants they make their most money at the outside bar there is variety of drink.

Sonny's BBQ of Spring Hill. Southern BBQ at its finest. Slow-smoking favorites like pulled pork, ribs, brisket since 1968.
The St Louis Ribs are wonderful and their all-you-can-eat deal makes it a great deal. The sides were great too. One guy in our group had the baby backs and they were not as good, but the restaurant happily switched them out for the big ribs. Great flavor; nice and tender. One oddity - it seems they have a limited selection at the bar. No Dewars?

On our way to our hotel after kayaking. We had eaten here once before so we stopped again. We werenât disappointed we had the 10 oz steak dinner and it didnât disappoint!!! We had leftovers for dinner that night!! Steak was cooked perfectly to what I ordered. We got a slice of the ginormous carrot cake we saw when we walked in to go. It was delicious!!! We actually split it and only ate half of it that nite and traveled home with the rest of it. $8.98 for a slice but if you share, really isnât a bad price. We were happy and had full bellies when we left. Will visit again on our next kayak trip!! See pics for size of cake, hand in pic for scale.

The food is always consistent- Always Great! Just visited for lunch this week. I had the grand Rubin on rye - amazing - best Rubin in town. My husband had an amazing breakfast. Both very happy. Love this restaurant. Great service and friendly atmosphere.

When husband gets the mussel munchies, Zig Zag is where we head. It's close, it's never too crowded, and on a nice evening one can sit outside by the water and chill out. The mussels are always a hit. But we were there on a Wednesday night and they were having pasta specials. She had the pasta with sausage, chicken, sun dried tomatoes, and broccoli over penne. It was wonderful, and only $12.95. The portion was very large (enough to take home for lunch the next day). Their chowder is not to be missed. It's nice to have a local place one can count on for great service and consistently good food.

Small chain restaurant serving up classic breakfast and lunch all day! Train themed decor, outstanding service, and a friendly atmosphere.
The service is the only thing good here. Waitress was very friendly and fast. Ordered omelet with 3 $ pancake and potatoes. Husband ordered âthe train stationâ, comes with pancake, egg, sausage and bacon. All the food were really tasteless. I had to put salt and lots of hot sauce on my omelette and potatoes. Sausage was greasy and tasted like any other over processed sausage. Pancake was not fluffy at all. Even the fruit cup didnât taste that fresh. Itâs not worth the price. Will not come back We are happy to hear your service was top notch. But we apologize that you did not enjoy your meal. We strive for excellent food at a fair price. Your feedback has been shared with the managing partner! Your feedback is certainly not the standard. We hope you'll come back in and find something from our menu that you truly enjoy.
