I ate a chicken sandwich with fries. They were ok but not as healthy as I normally eat. I also got the tortilla soup which was good. It was too much food(not large portions though) but I ordered enough to get a good feel. A restaurant feel with fast food cuisine. It was just ok.

We try to hit a chicken express regularly. On our way through to Palm Springs and found this on my nav system. Food good-- light breading on tenders. But... the 3 is for the gaping hole in an otherwise clean ladies room and no plastic serving gloves worn. Facility was clean and fast friendly service

Our second time here and food just as good as the first time. Small restaurant with efficient staff serving really good Southern fare. This time I had meatloaf....very moist and tasty with just a hint of heat to wake up taste buds. Perfectly seasoned green beans were very good. Hubby had roast chicken and dressing....a lot of juicy chicken with homemade dressing and green beans. The only negative to our meal was the total cost of around $30 for lunch. Wish we had room for a warm peach dumpling.

Having lived in Snyder growing up Blackland Smokehouse's location was originally a feed store, so in a sense it is appropriate that Blackland Smokehouse be located there. The BBQ was excellent and the sides were very good. They have Potato Salad, but the also have a potato dish that I am sure has less calories and is very tasty. The price si reasonable and the food is very good. My aunt said it was the best BBQ place in town. While i was there I heard several others make positive comments on the place.

Food was excellent! A lot of food for the price!! It took awhile to get our food so if you are in a hurry, might not be the place to be but for wonderful food and a lot of it, you can't beat the Dolphins.

We went here for dinner. We all ordered steaks. Two steaks cooked well, and one medium. All the steaks were cooked to a burnt crisp. We also got salads, but mine was smothered in ranch dressing, the other two salads had the dressing on the side, different dressing. Will not go here again.

Stopped here because of other good reviews and weâre so glad we did. Just passing through for the night. Had the coconut shrimp and they were delicious - large, tasty and cooked perfectly. Could have eaten another order! They were served with a loaded baked potato, green beans, hush puppies and a yummy dinner roll. Reasonably priced and friendly service. All in all, a good meal on the road. Would definitely go back.
