Shake Shack Ebisu Ebisu is known for as one of Tokyoâs best dining neighborhoods so it was a natural fit for our second Shake Shack location in town. Grab a burger for lunch and come back after work for a ShackMeister Ale!
Yes, we know that Tokyo is expensive. And so is NYC, where Steak Shack began. But this is just too much money for a burger. And the concept is not even original -- it's a ripoff of Steak n Shake that has existed in the Midwest US for years -- real ground steak in the burger and nice thick shakes. I really don't understand the hype over this place. The burger includes meat -- yes, it is juicy -- and a thin wisp of lettuce. But Burger King is better than this, and at much less cost! More veggies too! Ugghhh!

Since first appearing in Hawaii in 1974, Eggs ân Things has been a popular casual restaurant for locals and worldwide international tourists visiting Hawaii. Our concept is âAll Day Breakfast.â You can enjoy tasty and generous breakfast not only in the mo
After being in Japan for a few days, I was craving some western breakfast style food. Looked up this place and promptly decided this was where I would go for eggs Benedict. After sitting down and ordering, our meals took an hour to reach the table. By this point, the eggs were stone cold and bread was soggy. If I wasn't so hungry I would've sent the food back and gone somewhere else. The Bruno Mars soundtrack definitely added to my frustrations towards the Cafe in general. Maybe it was only good for pancakes but the name certainly seems like it would be good for eggs Benedict. The staff also didn't give us cutlery with our meals which we had to ask/look for ourselves. Overpriced for quality and experience.

After travelling Japan and eating like a local for several weeks, we were all craving a nice tender steak or some ribs... basically a big chunk of meat!So when we came across Outback Steakhouse we jumped at the chance for a western meal. The restaurant was extremely quiet when we visited as it was between lunch and dinner dining hours... we rocked up at 4pm.We had cheesy fries, calamari and wings to start and then all had the Alice Spring chicken combo with ribs. Delicious!!Expensive compared to noodles and rice but really not much more expensive than back home in Australia.

Nice ambient setup. Thereâs bar counter dining as well.Had Japanese Black Beef Sirloin....awesomely good and tasty....recommend this..!!!Black Beef was well prepared and presented in a bowl.Staff are friendly and nice.Typically, you need to order and paid at the machine outside the restaurant before you can enter.Usually pack with people during dining time.

After a week in Asia eating local cuisine I fancied some steak and so headed to Lawry's The Prime Rib in Ebisu. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the East Exit of Ebisu station up the hill to the restaurant. The ambiance and decor inside Lawry's is excellent and is the perfect setting for that special occasion meal or romantic dinner date. The menu is all about the Prime Rib and you can choose your cut (weight). I went for the 6oz English Cut (sliced) medium-well done. Your beef is served directly from the Lawry's cart, with a spun salad to the side, (which is made fresh in front of you), and mashed potato, gravy, horseradish and Yorkshire pudding. You can order extra sides of vegetables (I had peas) which cost around JPY600 each!! I started with a bowl of Clam Chowder which was very good and the warm fresh bread it came with was delicious. All the food was to a high standard and was delicious, the ambiance was great and the service was attentive (in fact there seemed too many staff to me, they seemed to walk around in pairs!) but the price is high. My bill, not including any alcoholic drinks I just had one small mineral water, can to JPY9,200 (GB£65 or USD85) which to me is somewhat expensive. If you had a dessert and a couple of cocktails you could easily get up to (USD120) a head... This is Fine Dining. There are now 3 Lawry's restaurants in the whole of Japan. Best to make a reservation.Dear Custemer.Thank you so much for coming to Lawrys. And thank you for your compliment about our restaurant.we will definitely take your advice to keep it a good place and work more on things that you pointed out, to improve our restaurant. We hope to see you again.Best regards.

After three weeks of relentless culinary indulgence, the time had come for a different sort of Japanese food experience. The burgers here are spot on, and perfectly complemented by the effortlessly cool surrounds and on-point 70âs playlist. The ultimate place to kick back when you fancy a change of pace.
Hands-on, finger-licking Cajun cooking and seafood from the American west coast and Hawaii.
Delicious! But not kid friendly. Thereâs no kidâs menus for children who donât eat seafood. Even their chicken is spicy. The Cajun sauce is fantastic and the seafood is usually well cooked. This is our 3rd visit and itâs my husbandâs favorite place in Tokyo but this time the lobster and shrimp were overly cooked. Also, we ordered garlic bread and (2) extra corn to complement our meal, we waited a very long time and we had to remind them. Its difficult to get the staff attention as well when itâs time to order food.

I recently had dinner with friends at Cedros, my favorite restaurant in Tokyo. It is always a highlight of my trip there! The food and service are outstanding and brothers, Lui and Yui always make everyone feel very welcome. This visit, we sampled everything from salad to dessert and each dish was amazingly fresh and flavorful. They specialize in California style seafood which is always a welcome change when visiting a foreign destination. You canât go wrong by putting yourself in their capable hands and enjoying a memorable evening!
