Elemental hospitality, out of the elements. Salt is one of the best hotels to launch your Washington Coast adventure. Our inn is simple and modern. Each guest room is designed to help you rest and relax... ...And our onsite pub, overlooking the Ilwaco, WA
The service with Eddie was the BEST!!!! I would have thought he was from Texas with his great hospitality!!! We had mixed drinks and beers recommended by him and were absolutely pleased! Their clam chowder was phenomenally! Ask for Eddie, the red head!

This place has a full bar and an excellent menu. My wife and I had their seafood chowder and it was absolutely wonderful. The sign said award winning clam chowder and it was not exaggerating. It was loaded with razor clams and shrimp. We both loved it. The service was excellent and friendly Nothing wrong with this place.Thank you John for coming in and leaving such a wonderful review. I hope that you and your wife will be back gain soon!

Crab omelet was mostly tiny shrimp. Had to beg for coffee refill. Over priced. I was looking for an alternative to hash browns and was told there were no lettuce greens or salad type substitutions.

Had lunch here while on a family getaway. We all had different items.... mostly sandwiches and we all liked the food. Good service too. Would recommend.

I have been stopping here for years since before it was the Pickled Fish. I like to bring my friends and family here when they visit out of state as its location is the best. Just would like to see cleaner windows, table tops & more light. The table tops are so gross and sticky they need to be refinished. Maybe its time for a little remodel to brighten things up. Prices are a bit high as portions a bit small however I must say the food & service has always been consistently good!

We had a wonderful meal, creamy tomato soup and a burger. The server, Haley, was fantastic. She went above and beyond with her gracious and welcoming service. There was a slight "disaster" with the pepper grinder that she took care of easily and quickly. Food was yummy, great variety, fresh ingredients and amazing prices!! $6 for a great Pinot??!! The local beers are highly recommended!! Wish we lived closer but will certainly come back!!

On visit to Long Beach area wanted to find good Razor Clams. After checking many restaurants two different establishments recommended 42nd.St. Cafe.I looked at reviews and found very good reviews. I called restaurant to see if in fact they had Razors and was assured they did.We found the Razors to be excellent. Cooked to perfection. My wife had the Oysters which were done to perfection. I would highly recommend this great family restaurant. Very clean with wonderful service.

We came to the Lost Roo on our last day of a wonderful car tour through Washington and Oregon. They accommodated about 30 of us at two long tables in a sunny alcove of the restaurant, which was very nice. Not sure if this menu was just for us - (it was quite crumpled) but it shows some of the menu selections. I had the chowder, which was good but lukewarm and a Caesar salad with extra anchovies ($1 for many large anchovies). Nice place to say our farewells to the group!

Historic dining in this 131 year old train station. Celebrate on our Chef's Table and watch owner Chef Michael Lalewicz do his magic. Continental menu with an international wine list and local microbrews to pair with. Small Plates menu for those wanting t
Second time in Long Beach and had to revisit The Depot. Wanted to order the quail again, but opted for something different. My brother and I shared the rack of lamb. We were not disappointed! The Depot mixed greens salad and house vinaigrette with sliced pears and blue cheese crumbles was excellent. Chef-owner Michael Lalewicz has created a small town jewel in The Depot. Very nice bar area.

Local tavern on the North end of Long Beach. Craft brews and spirits, great wine by the glass or bottle. Pizza, and other tavern fare. Food-To-Go and Pizza Delivery from Seaview north to 198th! Daily specials Monday - Friday. Live music most weekends.
Had our Board meeting today so decided to order pizza for dinner and pick it up. Heard this place again has new owners. We ordered a large Specialty Deluxe pizza and a small magherita pizza for pickup at 7 PM. Told it would be an hour. Drove over at 8 PM and told they were 20 minutes behind. Paid for pizza with $8 tip on a $42 bill. Lady at register said she would deliver it to us as we were close by. We offered the $3 delivery charge but she politely declined. At 8:45 PM the pizza had still not arrived. I called back and she said "you still don't have your pizza?" I replied no. She asked someone and I heard them say they called me to say it was ready. This never happened. She apologized and delivered it about 10 minutes later. It was, by now, 9 PM.The large pizza was still warm but unfortunately was not fully cooked. The small was cooked properly. The place was busy but not packed. There were a couple tables still open when we initially went to pick them up.So, two visits and two somewhat marginal experiences in a row albeit a year apart. I guess the jury is still out on this one.Maybe try again next year....maybe not.I appreciate your feedback! And you paint an accurate picture of the experience for several of our customers that evening. Our delivery and to-go orders were much higher than anticipated and we did not have the staff to produce pizzas in the timely fashion that most of our customers are used to...and we did not set expectations properly. We've had a staff meeting and are implementing some procedures to improve service in this area. Rod Run is this weekend, so we expect to put them to the ultimate test.I do appreciate how kind you were that night given the situation.I hope we'll see you again next year!Carla
