I went there and ordered a spicy chicken salad with a extra piece of chicken. Well they gave 1 1/2 pieces, I called they said they would replace it, I said I was already back at work, so she took my name. Well I always open it up side down and OMG the lettuce was brown and slimy. I couldn't believe it. I took it back and they acted like it was my fault. the said there was 2 pieces of chicken on it, it just didn't look like it. Well I'm not blind. This use to be one of our favorite place to go get lunch but no more. They use to have a Awesome manager but the way this place has went down, I guess she's gone.

Hardee's food has always tasted good to me. It is generally served fresh, hot and tasty. Breakfast is best with the best biscuits hands down. But all too often the wait is unusually long for a fast food restaurant. Typically the customer area is generally clean and the tables are wiped. But go after hours and you will find the parking lot fairly dark and only the front door open.
When we travel on long trips we like to order a subway to take and eat at a rest area at least the first travel day. This subway restaurant was located inside a gas station which we usually avoid. However this subway restaurant was better than expected. They made typical good foot long subway sandwich.

We were in the area so stopped here for dinner. The food was hot and fresh and there were a lot of vegetable options which I liked. My daughter liked she was able to build a banana split for dessert. :-)Staff was VERY friendly. Hardly ever in that area, but we would go again.

We stopped for the night in Saraland, AL and found Catfish Junction on TA. The place is very casual, the service pleasant, and the food very good. I am not a huge fish fan but I really liked the grilled catfish here. Even I could tell the fish was fresh! The hush puppies that everyone mentions were really good, too. My only complaint was the cost... two of us ate for $38 plus tip and in my opinion, it was not a $40 meal. It was close to our hotel, easy to find, and really did taste good. So I would still give this a good thumbs up.

Found this barbecue place online it had good reviews so we decided to try it. It was really good even though the buffet small, they have everything that you need. Dry rub ribs, wet ribs, several different types of chicken, lots of vegetables and good desserts. My favorite was the cabbage and collard greens. My husband loved the banana pudding. Next time we're through here will be stopping again.

We went to the Wintzell's in downtown Mobile. The whole restaurant was dirty. It looked like no one cared. We left and went to Saraland. This Wintzell's was fantastic. It was clean, we were seated immediately, and the service was great. I wanted the tacos and asked the waitress which ones are the best. She brought me fish tacos and sweet potato fries. She said she ate that dish all the time. It was perfect. It tasted fresh and delicious. This is the place to eat in South Alabama. We will return.*Please let me know if you have questions and/or found this review helpful. Thanks.

Hubby and I had brunch here on Sept 1, 2019. I had the combo salad (chicken and tuna) with broccoli cheese soup and hubby had the loaded potato. Both our soups were not hot, hubby said his soup was terrible, mine was so so. I could make better. The salads were just ok. Will not come back.Teresa, I'm disappointed that you and your husband didn't enjoy the soups. We pride ourselves on our food and are proud of what we serve. If you give us another chance, I'm confident we could find something you would enjoy.Best,Tony, Proud Owner
