We were surprised by how accurately they got the whole American hamburger experience. Often restaurants of this type, localize things, but this was authentic right down to the Heinz ketchup and the milk shakes. Great burger and fries. Very pleasant surprise.

This is a standard burger place that serves only one type of meat blend on its burger and offers a good combination of buns, cheeses and sauces. At the end of the day, it is worthy to try it, however, don't expect it to be a fantastic gastronomic gourmet. It is relevant to mention that their environment is quite good for family and friends gatherings. Alan, thank you for review and visit our restaurant. Após um dia bem tenso para minha esposa, pensamos, vamos tomar um chopp e decidimos ir no Madero. Sentamos, demorou um pouco para sermos atendidos o que não é normal, pedimos 3 chopps, nosso filho pediu um hambúrguer com bacon e nós decidimos experimentar a costelinha barbecue. A costelinha estava ótima, poderia estar um pouco mais temperada e ter um pouco mais de molho barbecue, o chopp geladissimo, desceu que foi uma maravilha, pedimos a conta e demorou até que a atendente viesse com a máquina do cartão, devido a demora voltei a olhar a conta e vi que o cálculo estava errado, no cálculo total estava somando já os 10%, achei estranho aquilo, porque como é opcional, não deveria estar no valor total da conta, quando chegou a maquina para passar o cartão, fiz um teste, falei que não iria pagar os 10% e logo a atendente colocou o valor total e falei para ela, está errado, calcula o valor do que nós consumimos para ver se bate...então fiquem de olho, porque é possÃvel estarem cobrando 20% de serviço ao invés de 10%...falando sobre os alimentos consumidos, estavam ótimos, apenas a demora do atendimento e a soma da conta que deixou a desejar.
