McCoy's Public House is about great food, good drinks and excellent people. We strive to become your neighborhood gathering place for friends and family.
My family (with 2 kids) stopped here, because it looked very attractive inside and also had outdoor seating. The menu had a good variety of meals, including my wife's favorite "fish and chips." We also had Happy Hour snacks and beer that "hit the spot." Our server Francisc was very friendly and very attentive. The kids enjoyed him a lot. The prices were moderate and food very good.

Café & Bar Lurcat is a hip, urban venue that boasts serious food and voguish design. Enjoy the floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views overlooking Loring Park. This historic property features beautiful brick work, checkered tile floors, and nine
Cafe Lurcat offers romantic dining right on Loring park, one of the few options here and they have an outside patio. Parking can be a bit of a pain as the meters surrounding it are few, only allow for 2hr parking, there is a $6 cash paylot up the street and they valet for $12. We had a business meeting on the mezzanine level, which offers some seclusion, a restroom, and some cold air conditioning. We had a set menu and I went for the flank steak which came out medium rare, perfect for me. Family style sides included grilled cauliflower and mashed potatoes. Dinner moved along well and things were great but the dessert course seemed to have been forgotten about as it came up about 30 minutes after our meals had be cleared. I love the charm, location and ambiance of Cafe Lurcat, it's a great addition to a stroll through Loring park or the sculpture garden.

Handcrafted burgers. And a whole lot more. Providing a sophisticated twist on the classic neighborhood tavern, Red Cow celebrates finely crafted eats and drinks with a focus on gourmet burgers, craft beers, and fine wine.
Overall a good experience. Was going to do a Reuben, but was afraid of being disappointed. Iâm pretty picky about my Ruebens. Tried a Patty Melt which was so-so. Came with soggy bottom bread. Ended up eating just the patty, because it was so fat it did not extend to the edges of the bread. Did not care for the sauce they put on it. The french fries were just warm. SO had root beer pulled pork sandwich which was really good, but his fries were only warm too. I hesitate to complain at a restaurant, but I guess I need to do so. I would try the place again, the ambience is great, and it is extremely clean. The staff was pleasant also. We did have the cheese curds which were really good.

Went with a large group and the wait staff were very accommodating with quick service. Food is nothing amazing but the menu has items for a variety of tastes. The white sangria was way too sweet (tasted mainly like simple syrup).Bottom line- itâs a good place for a group but nothing outstanding.I wanted to personally reach out and apologize for your drink and experience. Please know we take comments like yours to heart and will be sharing this with our management team and chef. Iâm truly sorry you were disappointed! Will you please email me at your earliest convenience so I can personally help resolve the issue for you? Please email me at [email protected], I look forward to connecting.Thank you, Kylie

A fun and entertaining atmosphere with great food, seasonal drinks, and an Irish vibe. Enjoy local Minnesota beers from one of our 9 rotating taps. Take in some great live music every other Friday Night at 6pm and enjoy the sunsets on our gorgeous outdoor
I was pleasantly surprised to find Kipâs Irish Pub & Restaurant attached to my hotel. I never had to leave the property which made me happy considering how much snow there was. I was very happy to see vegetarian options on the menu. I selected the veggie burger and was very pleased with just how delicious it was. The server was friendly and outgoing. I really enjoyed my visit.

Crowded patio because of the sunny day. Large rectangular bar with a ton of taps all around. The bartender was extremely and used my name regularly. She gave beer suggestions based on my questions and was very knowledgable. Try the cheese curds, you get a decent amount and they are flavorful. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger is delicious and the environment is fun.

Itâs a popular breakfast place in Minneapolis and itâs busy in the morning. Saturday 9AM though we didnât had to wait to be seated. I tried Southwestern Omelette which came with potatoes and bread and I highly recommend this. Robin the server was great and very pleasant.

Wow, it has made me very sad that this restaurant, our very favorite, has slowly deteriorated in past year. Bar tending skills are noticeable - drinks are mostly ice and a twist is a gouge our of a lemon or lime. All the wonderful staff are gone. The "hen" has been removed from the menu and other entrees seem very expensive for what you get. I also miss the wonderful buzz that one felt as they entered the restaurant. Other restaurants are competing in the area and they have more reasonably priced entrees and in case Mill Valley hasn't noticed, cocktails are a big deal today and most places have bar tenders who know what they are doing. Perhaps we will try in a few months to give them another chance to improve, but it feels like the spirit of the place is gone.

Wasn't my choice for a birthday celebration and I felt sorry for the guest of honor. Absolutely nothing to make you feel special on your big day. Parking is a pain. The small lots are hard to navigate and street parking is difficult. Service was terrible and our server ignored us most if the evening and the wait time for a condiment request was ridiculous. The food for dinner was not great. I had the salmon and it was dry and overly salty. I wouldn't recommend a celebratory dinner here, there are so many other great options.
