Great food from smoke meats to fried fish! This is a food truck you can sit he's has a gazebo to wait on your food! Great service great food cannot speak enough about all his food!
My wife and son told me about Grown and Grazed and that they not only had great hamburgers, but had an ever changing menu and one of the guest chefs prepared delicious Indian food. Grown and Grazed is a food truck parked conveniently across the tracks from Railroad Park. There is only outdoor seating under colorful umbrellas. The area is clean and their containers are biodegradable. The service was excellent with the individual taking the order very helpful and personable. We each ordered a hamburger and shared sweet potato fries. The meal was prepared with locally produced ingredients. Our meal was delicious and everything was fresh. A great choice in Ruston for a simple meal!
So very friendly fed my three grandsons and myself and my daughter. Was so good. So much we brought food home. It was perfectly cooked and very clean and nice. Tasty and good price.

Drive thru evidently does not mean you can order from the window. Whoever heard of such? Then inside is dirty--flies everywhere in the dining area, tabletops dirty, tables wobbly and trash on the floor. When I entered there was no one at the front. I heard them talking in the back. Finally someone saw me at the front and called someone.I won't go back!

We had not been back here for a couple of years and decided to try it again. The service was very good, Carlie did a great jiob serving us.The food was OK. for three of us we had:- a salmon entree with steamed vegetables and asparagus- very good- two rib-eyes , good but very fatty and tough:- the au-gratin potato sides were very good but large and we could have shared one with two/three of us.- the side of creamed spinach was OK -salty and wilty spinach with watery sauce, not creamed.- my Sazerac cocktail was very good and lasted the entire meal.We also shared a wedge salad and a berry salad both very good.Overall better than our last visit , but still not worth what they charge for the entrees.

Atmosphere was great. Band was a nice addition. Food was good, possibly one of the best choices in town but not excellent. Had the fowl play with asparagus. I definitely could have done without the dredge of Parmesan (I think) on the asparagus...

I can never quite understand how Sundown gets great reviews for their food, but, if you asked an 8th grader to make you a sandwich out of their home fridge, that's about what you get at Sundown. Basic, 1960's-style, poorly thought out, uninspiring, and tasteless, on a crappy white roll. And you get potato chips with it.The outside eating area is just about the best in town (tied now with Utility Pizza), but just don't sit near any smokers. Service will be well-intentioned but spotty depending on how many servers are working. Sorry!

Hwy 33 exit; Phone number (318) 232-7500
This is the best catfish place in Ruston. Nice basic menu from which you order when you enter. We had grilled catfish and fried shrimp, and both were excellent. Scott's does a lot of take-out business, so the restaurant is quiet, compared to other popular eateries in Ruston. It's a little way out of the main part of town, but easy to find. It's well worth a stop!Julie, thank you for stating what we hope others discover: Great catfish in a nice location, even if it is a little farther out. Hwy 33, just 1.5 miles from the Interstate, but worth the drive. Hope to see you again soon!

Bar-b-que restaurant serving smoked Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Sausage, Ham & Turkey with Baked beans, Potato Salad, Coleslaw & Peach Cobbler. Plus delicious loaded Baked Potatoes and fresh garden & Chef Salads. We offer lunch and daily specials
We stopped at this exit for gas and saw that they had good reviews, so we tried it, and weâre glad we did! The brisket, pork and ribs were all very good. Nice smoky flavor and was good even without the sauce. The slaw was very good, and the potato salad as well. The bathrooms were spotless as well, so I would stop here again!

Very casual sports bar right by campus. We went for a late lunch on a Saturday and was seated right away. Service was great. My salad eating daughter thought her salad was great, lots of the good stuff. My husband and I both had burgers, very good. Lots of TVs for viewing while you eat and there is a bar area if you prefer that.
