Let's face it: you want what you want, when you want it. Jack in the Box serves the whole menu all day long! Want breakfast in the evening? We got it. Craving juicy burgers made with signature beef? Jack has them too. Yearning for a delicious chicken sand
I am getting to the point I donât find the food as enticing at Jack in The Box as I once did. The tacos are far too greasy and the Big Jack is rather âsloppyâ and not all that tasty. We stopped by for a quick sandwich. The service was good and the place was clean.
This little place is a hidden jewel! It is located right off highway I-30 in a little strip mall and is easy to miss. The name "Our Bistro" doesn't help much. It is not a bistro - it is a quaint little place that served gourmet hot dogs. The service is friendly and the food is excellent.I tried a Cowboy Dog with pulled pork, barbeque sauce and slaw. My friend had the Frito Chili Pie Dog with corn chips, chili, and cheese. The buns are fresh, The all beef weiners were big and tasty. The worst part of eating here is deciding which hot dog to choose! They offer all types of toppings and buns. Prices are very reasonable and the dining area is clean, neat and very homey.I noticed there were salsas, casseroles, and desserts for sale in the freezer section. I can't wait to go back, try the Elote Dog, and grab one of the casseroles. What a great little place!
We have driven past this place so many times and never stopped to try it. FINALLY we decided to give it a go and now we are so glad we did! (And since our first visit we have been back three times in a month!) It looks much smaller from the outside but there is PLENTY of seating inside, and additional parking out back. It's a great little family owned diner with a nice variety of menu items that are sure to please everyone, ranging from breakfast, lunch, appetizers, dinner, and dessert. The interior has a 50's Diner vibe. The waitstaff are all attentive and they seem to share waiting duties with one another so someone is always stopping by to make sure you are happy. (But not overly so) The food is delicious and plentiful. There hasn't been anything we have tried that wasn't great. It's always busy! And in the brief time we have been patrons, we have recognized there are definitely regulars that come there. They have an AYCE Catfish deal on Fridays too...not a fish fan myself, but it's worth a mention for those who are. There are desserts galore too! We haven't had room for them as of yet, but the grandkids got ice cream and the portion was MASSIVE. All in all, it's a great little go-to place for when we want to go out but not necessarily go "all the way" into Rockwall. We have apparently been missing out over the past 7 years that we have lived here. It's worth the drive if you ARE in Rockwall and further points west...just head towards Quinlan on Hwy 276...you won't be sorry. :-)

For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
We have not been to a Denny's in a long time, but when our grandkids wanted pancakes, we thought of Denny's. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the breakfast foods and discovered kids eat free during certain evening hours. The restaurant was clean and the service was good. Great place for breakfast at any time of the day at a very good value.

About 10 of us descended on Charlie's for dinner. While we would have been happy to have a single check and figure out finances later, the others wanted separate checks by couples. Our fabulous server, Katie, was accommodating, friendly and undaunted. A few among us had specific food requests. Katie obligingly ran back and forth to the chef to ask about preparation, spices, etc. And always with a smile. After running her ragged, we are sure she slept well that night. The food itself was good and plentiful: burgers, seafood, salads. We were particularly fond of the cranberry bread pudding. Charlie's is very convenient for guests at the Holiday Inn Express next door.

Many Soulman's BBQ places around. This one allows giant 18 wheel rigs to park in its lot. So get ready to dodge the abundant potholes in the driveway and parking lot......and if its raining then prepare to wade/drive through the muddy lot. Definitely an issue. Ok, on to the food. Servers will prepare the meat for you. We had hot links, brisket, pork ribs and pulled pork. The pulled pork and ribs were wonderful whereas the hot links and brisket was a bit dry. The bbq sauce is a bit overdone with honey and a bittery spice that I could never could quite identify. Plenty of veggies that one serves themselves. Interior is nothing special and not real clean but a lot of home grown bbq joints arent. I will be willing to give Soulman's another try but at a different location. Servers were nice enough and the bus your table when finished.

First of all , this is 'out in the country'. Not your normal place, but a good destination for locals. The food is consistently good, but it's a basic menu. They have a newer outside area where bands play on the weekends. Inside they have lots of seating and a full bar. The waitresses are younger as is the bartender, so for some, it's eye candy. We usually roll up on Motorcycles, but ... this is a family friendly location. Chris the owner, will take family over singles , any day of the week. I mean that in a good way. He's got his priorities straight. That all being said, it's a great location to keep it up on the weekend for singles and couples as well!
