My husband and I had the Buffet, the price is affordable, and the food is good except the Fried Chicken, it tastes horrible, the oil they used for fried chicken needed to be changed. But the place is clean.

Their new Tex-Mex Burger is good. The Santa Fe sauce along with the peppers and bacon add a very tasty dimension to a char-grilled fast food hamburger. Get it without the lettuce and tomato to make it less slippery and easier to handle. One minor flaw is that the bun is too small for the half pound size.
Hubby and I stopped for a beer while on our travels. Decided to share an order of buffalo shrimp tacos. They were tasty! Sitting outside was really nice and service was great!
Visited during Heritage Days, what a surprise to see a place serving local craft beer in Rogersville! It was only opened 4 days and crowded but they sat us right away. All of the staff were friendly and service was great. Limited menu but what we ordered was tasty, flat breads and wings. Good selection of local beers and cider. We chatted with the owner who was very nice and complimented him on the atmosphere and service. We will definitely go again!

I hadn't been to a Sagebrush restaurant in years. The family and I were traveling and we were all hungry, so we decided to stop in. The restaurant was not crowded at all. There were lots of good things on the menu to choose from. I got their daily special which was fish and chips. It was decent, probably wouldn't order it again though. The rest of my family enjoyed their meals. The server was new and she had someone with her, training her. All in all, it was a good meal. I'd return to this establishment.Thank you for your kind comments. We are so glad you enjoyed and look forward to seeing you again soon.

The newly renovated Hale Springs Inn is nestled in the heart of downtown Rogersville. It was built in 1824 by John A. McKinney, making it the state's oldest continuously operating inn. And hosted several presidents in its time, including Andrew Jackson. E
Ate in the tavern inside the Hale Springs Inn Food was great. Ahai tuna was excellent as was the steak and shrimp (todays special). Fantastic English Pub atmosphere. Full bar. Best crime burlee Iâve ever had. On Fri and Sat night hopefully youâll get Sandy. She was fantastic, made us feel at home. Ask to tour the Inn and if rooms are open you are welcome to walk through

I am not sure what standards folks around here have, but either this place runs hot and cold, or the standards are pretty low.I ate here for first time with my daughter and grandson for breakfast. I have eaten in small town "Mom's" type diners many times and I have to say that this was one of the worst as far as the food went. We ordered standard breakfasts; eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, hash-browns, biscuits, and gravy. The eggs and biscuits were ok, the bacon was unedible....OLD and skanky, and the sausage overcooked and hard. The hash-browns were the little pre-packaged type and dripping oil, and the gravy was overloaded with sausage and grease. The pancakes for my grandson were ok when syruped up. All together an unfortunate choice for breakfast. I have had better at McDonalds. The service was very good, with the waitress keeping the coffee coming. However, she never inquired as to why we left so much food behind.

First time visit. View was neat; food just average. Ordered seafood plate with side of okra. Okra was not fresh (frozen), shrimp and fish were great; crab cake was terrible. Wait staff was friendly; however, overworked. Had to ask for drink refills. Would not go back.
