Brought an out-of-town friend here for lunch, as we wanted a local spot not the typical chains. This cafe certainly does have a unique menu. But if you don't want burgers or pizza, the offerings are a little slim and maybe too unusual for some - my friend doesn't like many types of cheese and the menu had brie, feta, etc. Great for some, not so for others. The scoop of chicken salad was good. The pecan cheese ball was delicious! Salad was ok. Grilled cheese ok. Seemed a bit pricey.

We had a family reunion at the park on Saturday but the day before we meet here for lunch. There were 6 of us and we sat outside and we all ordered something different. I got the catfish sandwich and sweet tea. Both were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was good and the waitress was friendly. Next time will eat inside so I can enjoy the view from the big windows facing the lake. Will be back.Thankyou so much for the review! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit with us. The window tables are definitely a must! Hope to see you again soon.

Craft Brewery, Beer Garden and Taproom serving low country and southern creole menu in one of the most beautiful settings in East Tennessee. Comfortable, casual dining.
The place stunk so bad like moth balls first off, I sure would have loved to have smelt food or hops over that smell. They donât really have what I call brewery friendly food, they have fru-fru food , which is fine if you like that, but I prefer more American/Irish options when brewery hopping but again a personalpreference. This was just a weird setup. We came here to get stamps on our brewery passports and had a few beers and left. They did have an awesome NEIPA but that was it. I wouldnât go back here personally. Their parking situation is small as well.My apologies that you were not satisfied. We are located in an amazing former TVA aquatics lab which may be the scent you detected. We do not use mothballs anywhere on the property. As for the smell of food. We are in the process of building a new kitchen downstairs (currently it is upstairs) which will provide us all with the delightful scent of chefs cooking. Our beer is brewed in a separate building, thus the reason you donât detect the smell hops in the main taproom. The majority of our guests greatly enjoy our menu. It is unique, delicious and reasonable for the quality. We offer so many fine attributes that I am sorry you did not note.

Staying at one of the hotels across the street, we took the easy way to dinner and walked to Harrisonsâs. It was very good food. I had the bbq ribs, creamed potatoes and steamed broccoli....all very tasty and lots of food! All my friends were pleased with their choices as well.

We found Golden Girls restaurant on the way to the Smoky Mountains and were very surprised by this family restaurant. The menu is large and varied and the prices are exceptionally reasonable. I had the fried chicken and while it was a bit greasier than I normally like, it was flavorful and hot. My wife had a salad and it was huge! The service was great as our waitress checked in on us several times and brought us drink refills before we even asked. The dining area was relatively clean (I didnât notice the bugs that others have written about) and had a nice cabin-style feel. If you donât like the Tennessee Volunteers though, you may not enjoy the decor so much!Overall a good stop for some decent food.

Our motel clerk said this was the best pizza in town. So right he is. Pizza bar, salad bar, and great catfish. We left stuffed and will be going back. We tried 7 pizzas and not one was bad. Even had a chocolate dessert pizza. Crust wasn't all thick and heavy. Both the white and red sauces were excellent. All the ingredients were fresh. Also ordered a plate of catfish. Perfect!! Every item on the salad bar was very fresh.

Crowded but clean Cracker Barrel in Rocky Top, TN. Easy access from interstate, but as usual, tough to get a handicap parking space at Cracker Barrel. They were âpushing their new fried chicken but I went with the hamburger steak. Food was good but seems like the plates are getting smaller every year. Good service.

The Smokehouse is a small family-owned and operated hidden gem. The food is great with a friendly, efficient staff and you get large portions at reasonable prices. I had a Club sandwich which was very good and my husband ordered a Baloney sandwich that he thoroughly enjoyed. If you are in Rocky Top, don't miss this place.
