Rheinfelden (Swiss German: Rhyfälde, [ˈɾiːfæld̥ə]) is a municipality in the canton of Aargau in Switzerland, seat of the district of Rheinfelden. It is located 15 kilometres east of Basel. The name means the fields of the Rhine, as the town is located on the Hochrhein. It is home to Feldschlösschen, the most popular beer in Switzerland. The city is across the river from Rheinfelden in Baden-Württemberg; the two cities were joined until Napoleon Bonaparte fixed the German–Swiss border on the Rhine in 1802 and are still socially and economically tied.

Really great service, big portions and excellent Food. Options from Australia/Argentinien/USD beef to Black-Angus different cuts and weights; you can combine as you prefer with sides etc... recommended..

Originelles Dekor im Restaurant, grosser Aussenbereich mit riesigen Sonnenschirmen. Kleine Karte aber für jeden etwas. Das von mir ausgewählte Essen hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt, war frisch zubereitet. Der Service war etwas laienhaft aber ok. Die Wartezeit kurz. Was mich irritiert hat, sind die merkwürdigen Oeffnungszeiten. Stammgast kann man da kaum werden.

Just had dinner at this place, and already planning our next visit to it. The best is the service; the lady is lovely! And of course, the burgers are delicious! We also tried some beer from Hamburg, which was also a nice discovery Small and cosy place and good food quality, worth a visit for burger lovers.

White everywhere is good but you don't know if you have dinner in a restaurant or in a shop. The owner is a part of the building: very singular, when you talk with her in english, she answer to you in deutch. Tables with a lot of things on: candles, salt+pepper, glasses, seastars, big napkins...a bit confused. Bathrooms (downstairs) kitsch as well. Food: nothing special except a faboulous meat.Restaurant for young couples, not recommended for families with babies (they have no baby chairs), no conditioned air, no kind service.
