We enjoyed our dinner. We had versions of the many seafood platters offered and especially enjoyed the shrimp and oysters. Great eggplant fries, first time I've had them. Excellent remoulade sauce. Very convenient to our b&b, the wonderful Maison d'Memoire.

We stopped in here for dinner after a day of traveling, and we're glad we did!! I had the overstuffed grilled shrimp po'boy with fries. The shrimp was seasoned to perfection! The fries also were very good. My husband had the crawfish etouffee. He said it was excellent. Rascal's has an interesting interior. Note, it's located inside the Black-Gold casino.

We stopped at Gabes for fried shrimp on our way to Florida, such fresh shrimp, fried perfectly and hot. Long lines in drive through and dining area, but quick and efficient. Only downside, minimal choices on menu, I like something other than fries, but nothing else to choose from for sides. I also LOVE the very soft, very crushed ice, and they had wonderful, almost shaved crushed ice! They are right on the south side of I-10 at the Rayne, La. (or Frog City) exit 87. Easy on and easy off!
