Needful Things is a family-owned store founded in 1968 and has been growing strong for three generations. We are located in the St. George building, which was built in 1850. Since then, it has been a dry good store and a place to buy everyday needs. In th
I loved eating here with the locals in the historic downtown. Serve was excellent and the food came fast. I just had French toast and bacon, both excellent. They gave me a hot teat to go too. Prices super reasonable. My business partner loved the pancakes. Thank you for enjoying what we call a step back in time social gathering. Glad you enjoyed your visit and hope you come again.

The only thing good were the second cups of coffee. The first cups we had were bad because the creamers had turned sour !. My wife had a spinach omelette and the spinach was frozen and looked and tasted horrible. I ordered two eggs over easy with home fries ( it was Sunday morning and they were out of home fries ) they suggested hash browns instead and I was fine with them but they were raw barely cooked and tasteless. We ordered rye bread and got white bread, one of my eggs was over well and dry.The last thing was the service the waitress had to take care of the 9 tables and help with the counter so the service was terrible.

The food served here is very reasonably priced and a very good value. I think the steaks are the same as the higher priced Final Cut steaks. Atmosphere is a little noisy from casino below but not unpleasantly loud. Also entertainment sets at each table for horse racing and tv. You can also use your â comp bucksâ from the casino here. All in all a win win.....That you for leaving us a great review, perWarrenton_va. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience and we hope that you'll dine with us a gain soon!

Slow and even slower service, good food but takes so long to get it. Wait staff Iâll informed and canât answer questions and donât care attitude are bad. The pies, cakes and cheesecake are good, if you just go in and get those, expect to wait a while.

Located in a lovely walking town, Paddy's is in a converted old city house. There are two bars so we chose the quieter back bar. The food was excellent with lots of Irish choices. I chose the shrimp and grits which were awesome! Our server Brent was delightful!

Went here with a pax of 8 for a fast lunch. We all had burgers (different kinds) and all left happy. Well cooked, good size portions and first and foremost tasty. service is as they are at chain-like restaurants but that's ok as this is kind of the package. I liked the food, I also liked all the tv's showing sports but I guess not everybody would enjoy that.Would be happy to go back

Went here with for a business dinner. I had the ribeye which with cauliflower. The cauliflower came as a whole head. Plenty to share :-). Ribeye was tender and cooked to perfection but way over seasoned and too salty which was a pity. Service was great with a relaxed and friendly waiter. The restaurant is part of the casino, in itself not a problem but not a great atmosphere. And as smoking is allowed inside you have to go through the terrible smoke smell before you come to the restaurant. I would happily eat here again but ask the chef to go light on the saltThank you for taking the time to leave us your review and feedback, bjoern_rici. We hope that you will dine with us again soon!

We loved stopping at diners as we travel. We decided to eat lunch here after a visit to historic Charles Town. The menu has many items to choose from, including breakfast all day, as well as specials of the day. The portions are quite substantial, and the food was good. The assortment of delights in the dessert case is quite impressive.
