Usually we really like this restaurant, but tonight it was awful. Bartender, Sierra, never smiled at anyone and gave, at best, perfunctory service. She never said hi or any greeting other than â do you want a drink?â. The calimari was way less than it has been in the past (I guess they figure the sparse greens were a substitute) and it was delivered by someone who set it down, without a word, between me and a person next to me, when my wife was obviously on my left. We were so put off by the service, we left. Good service can make up for bad food, but good food cannot make up for bad service.
Great Ruben sandwich my husband and I shared. Her daughter and granddaughter had the cheesesteak small but it came out Very big with homemade chips. Very friendly server was attentive to all of our needs. Very friendly server was attentive to all of our needs.

The first time I tried this place, with friends, I was very disappointed. I live-Yelped the experience, and while the many problems produced a funny review, it was funny in a tragic sort of way. So, we decided to give it another try. I'm not sorry I did, as now it's confirmed - this place can be awful. I'm sure other have had good experiences, but they're 0 for 2 with me and I'm done. Tried ordering drink specials to learn that they were out of ingredients, tried ordering dinner specials to be told the same, and the noise is just ridiculous. All in all, a waste of time and money. The poor server tried, but they're hampered by marginal management.

Urban is a unique, upscale eatery offering gourmet comfort food and boutique wines and cocktails served by friendly, knowledgeable staff.
After several visits, the standards seem to be good. Had a beer flight, then a grilled tri-tip sandwich with garlic fries. The mixed drinks are light sometimes but beer is good. I've had good meals and average meals but never a bad one. It's a little loud but it is very festive for a foodie restaurant.

This location was previously a TGI Friday's, recently remodeled.
The food was good, however, my fish and chips were served on a metal tray that swiveled on the granite tabletop. The tabletop was cold and so was my food after three bites. The manager was nice enough to take my suggestion to serve it on a hot platter not a metal tray. It remains to be seen if my suggestion meant anything. Screeching children were also an issue.

I live around the corner but donât come here often. I went in on Memorial weekend. It was definitely a busy morning due to the holiday, and the staff handled it well. The variety of flavors of bagels, breakfast sandwich options, lunch sandwiches and very good espresso prepared coffee options.Iâm sure the wait is not a long on a regular morning but despite the busy time, the staff was attentive and courteous.

Hannah's is our other go-to for celebrations. It all started on an anniversary several years ago. Service is superb. The food is expertly prepared. The best scallops I've ever had were there. We call ahead to make sure they have them, and they make sure they do! Classy!
