I tried it right after the new owners took over. I had my old favorite - Asian peanut wrap. It was bad and they took my meal off the bill. I gave it another try recently. They got it right! I loved the sauce so much, I asked if I could buy more in a to-go box. Yes! They have excellent service, too. Be careful if you order the oriental salad. It sits on a bed of raw Top Ramen. Just order it without the "oriental noodles" and you may love it!

Used to love, asked to leave when we were done eating but not our coffee because people were waiting for table...so much for our full cups. Rude! Raw potatoes... well next time order well done says owner. Eat your frozen cold ones. Pancake house for us. Owner your rude.

The Office842 opened in 2012. The "Sophisticated-Caffeinated-Spirited" atmosphere is very inviting. The modern decor is fun and hip. It is a great place to socialize, enjoy tapas style appetizers, breakfast, lunch, dinner, free WiFi, hand made pressed mar
We chose this restaurant because of the central location between Portland and Olympia as a convenient lunch stop. The location was good, setting and appearance satisfactory with good friendly service. We each ordered a flat bread with the primary meat ingredient being chicken and split a wedge salad. The portions were generous and well presented. Our chicken on both of the flatbreads was tough and chewy as though it had been frozen for a considerable time. Had that chicken been better so would have been this review.Thank you for the kind words on our location and our friendly service. We will pass that along to our service staff. We are disappointed to hear about your dissatisfaction regarding your chicken. We hope you brought this to your servers attention so we could make it right while you were here. We will investigate further with our kitchen staff to make sure our chicken meets our standards of quality.

My breakfast choice of a Denver omelette came with 4 choices for the cheese. American, Swiss, cheddar, and pepperjack. I chose American. Iâve made nicer looking omelettes, however it tasted good and was stuffed with peppers, onions, cheese, and ham. The hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft in the center of the pile. The wheat toast was awesome and came hot with a generous coat of butter. The servers here are fast and efficient. With coffee my meal with tax was over $13, not including a $2 tip. I can make a better one at home for a whole lot less.

We just ate dinner here and it was so so good!!! I had the clam strip dinner and was surprised they will give you a baked potato with it!! Bonus!!! My guy had the oyster and halibut dinner with the fries. They both came with coleslaw. Everything was awesome!! We ordered an ice tea with the dinners and everything only came to $31. I thought that was a steal for how good the food was!! We come thru here occasionally and we will def be stopping in to eat again. Loved all the stuff on the walls, too...fishing trip pics, nautical memorabilia, and kinda homey!! Great job staff here!!

The outside of this place is nothing special. In fact, without reading the Trip Advisor reviews I doubt my wife and I would have set foot in the door. Thankfully, reviews do exist! The interior of Hop N Grape far exceeds the exterior. Nicely built out and comfortable atmosphere. My only regret in leaving this place was not saving room for their Marion Berry cobbler. I had the blackened catfish (good but could have been spicier for my taste) and sides of hush puppies and coleslaw. Hush puppies were good but coleslaw pretty bland. Oh, and I started out with a cup their smoked salmon chowder. Delicious. My wife ordered the beef brisket platter, with black eyed peas and collared green rolls. The brisket and peas were great. The rolls were definitely âuniqueâ. We rather liked them but we both agreed most people we know wouldnât! All in all a very pleasurable dining experience at Hop N Grape. I admire people who have an ambitious dream, i.e. their menu options, and work hard to make it happen.

Family owned for nearly 38 years - this needs to be listed
About what you would expect. I had a basic 2 egg breakfast with pancakes, coffee, juice and it arrived quickly by an attentive female team. Lots of locals, the conservative type. I do not think I will return but that's due to the acoustics- it's a narrow place and I found it too loud for the morning.

Great Fresh Cracked Crab!
The Interstate has tried to become gentrified over the last 3 or 4 years, possibly to attract DINKs from Portland. They have added an outdoor patio in the back (overshadowed by a hundred-year-old pear tree), and, most recently put out chairs, tables, and an awning on the sidewalk in front (Paris, Oregon, anyone?) Criticism aside, they still serve the best Dungeness crab sandwiches on the planet. Bar none. The only reason they aren't #1 (IMHO) is that DC is not available year round, and anyway, you can only eat so much crab in a year. Meatloaf - different story.

Came back to town for the annual all-class high school reunion, and stopped for lunch with classmates at the Cornerstone. Our medical service dogs were welcomed, and the wait staff fawned over them. Joe McKay would be appalled.Food was good, service was prompt, and the feeling of being 'home again' was great.
