We arrived at this Subway with high hopes. Tables of people with food at dinner time hours. We waited 14 min and staff member appeared. My husband even phoned them twice and it went straight to the answering machine. We are vacationing with grandchildren. We walked out. Not good. The cash register was abandoned.

Slow service drive thru, fries were cold and bland, the Philly Angus sandwich had way too much sauce, it dripped out of the sandwich till I finished eating it, hardly any cheese, the Reuben tasted good but only had two thin slices of pastrami on it, not piled on like at home, I'll pass on this fast food on next trip to see the family and go to Blondie's Diner instead.
Late (8-830) Sunday evening of Labor Day weekend. This could turn into a rant, but I'll keep it brief. Long day on the road and we were ready to wolf down about anything.Either we 1) caught them on the night of their grand opening and they'd failed to perform a proper shakedown of their servers and kitchen, 2) they pulled warm bodies in off the street to act as servers and kitchen staff because the regular staff were no-shows due to the Labor Day weekend, or 3) we simply stumbled upon the worst Chili's location in the chain. The "waiter" was inept, completely indifferent, ignorant of the basics of serving and hospitality, or all of the above. We changed tables and, unfortunately, he stayed with us. He is the only basis upon which we can judge the entire wait staff. The kitchen was terribly slow during what appeared to be a light part of the day (again, a Sunday evening with many open tables). Cosmo delivered, seemingly mixed by a bartender not familiar with Cosmo mixology (my ice water, however, and the grandson's Dr Pepper were perfect). All three entrees finally arrived. Steak over-done; ribs/tenders/sausage platter overwhelmed by the amount of barbecue sauce on the ribs; pizza crust could not be located beneath the heap of cheese.Really lousy experience. We did not wish to wait for re-preparation of three meals by the, apparently, overwhelmed kitchen. The manager on duty was the saving grace, properly comping the meals that we sampled.

This is a fairly typical Western Sizzling. The food is okay and I guess pretty good for the price of a steak. The have daily specials which are a good bargain. They have a decent variety on the food bar. This has plenty of seating and parking, located right on the main highway through town. The waitresses do not get paid very well so be sure to tip.thanks for the comment, we are always trying to offer great meals at a very affordable price, please come in and enjoy our all you can eat steak, peel and eat shrimp, fried shrimp, southern fried fish along with many other favorites on Friday nights 5:00 till close

Do you remember those thick old fashioned shakes you use to be able to get made with real ice cream. Well, my friends they have them. They have the thick cut crinkle fries that almost melt in your mouth. Not those little skinny fries you get at some places. And the burgers are mouth watering. Sometimes I stop there just to get a shake and fries.

We ate here on a Friday night, waiting about 15 minutes for a table. We felt like we had to try the Mudbugs, which are a battered and fried crawfish appetizer. They did not disappoint! I ordered the Rib eye steak dinner, which came with salad and baked potato. Salad was very fresh, baked potato was cooked perfect, and the Rib eye was excellent. Steak was tender and had loads of flavor. Interior is decorated with tons of old signs and memorabilia. Service was great, if in the area I would eat here again.
