Nestled among the woods in Port Orchard, The Clubhouse Restaurant & Bar offers a nice retreat from the fast-paced life of Tacoma and Bremerton. Just a short drive from either city, Clubhouse Restaurant & Bar is a popular destination, featuring spectacular
We have eaten at the Clubhouse before and the food never disappointed us, although it is a tad pricey. But the 4-course fixed price menu for Valentine's Day was a bit overpriced. And the choices were quite restrictive. They had 2 types of fish (our friend is highly allergic to it), Duck is too fatty for many people, and the outstanding filet mignon offered a side with blue cheese in it, which is one of the only 3 things both my husband and I won't eat. It would have been better to substitute the second fish dish with a neutral chicken dish. Another friend is very allergic to garlic - every meal had garlic in it. But the 2 each choices of appetizers, soup and desert were working for everyone and very tasty. We could have lived with everything except the "band" of two musicians! Oh my! It was so loud, we could hardly hear each other talk, despite the fact that we asked for a table farthest away from it! The acoustics in those two big rooms are already very amplified, so they should have at least unplugged the amp. Not only that - the music consisted mostly of Jazz, and even progressive Jazz. Personally - I don't even know anyone among our vast array of friends who likes progressive Jazz! This was supposed to be a romantic, quiet dinner, maybe with a little background piano or guitar music - not loud music which one might expect at a big shindig like New Year's. So before going to any such special occasion - do check online and read the fine print! We'd never go back there when they offer music, but definitely for regular dinners or lunches.I spoke with our restaurant manager, Andrea, who told me she has already been in contact with you. We strive to clearly define the menu ahead of the day on special occasions. We hope to see you again and thank you for your feedback.

Serving delicious and affordable homemade breakfast and lunch options, come visit The Grey House Cafe! Well known for our Teas and High Teas, and try our selection of beer and wine as well as mimosas and sangria. We can also host special events for up to
We've been to the Grey House before and enjoyed it because of good food, its spelling from my childhood crayon box, its English tea house charm, and its association with Debbie Macomber, who is a fabulous human being. We've had the High Tea experience--charming-- and lunch-- tasty-- but this was our first time for breakfast. What a pleasant surprise! Due to the weather, they didn't have a Sunday brunch, but my husband had their omelette-- he loved it-- cheesy potatoes, and coconut scone. He was pleased enough that he couldn't decide which flavor to finish with. In the end it was the scone with strawberry cream cheese dabbed on. My Biscuits and gravy were elegant and excellent, with crisp-edged biscuits that went with the gravy in the most delightful way. I'm looking forward to my leftovers. The food highlight that may bring us back several times this week, is the cinnamon roll. We got it to go and had it for dessert after dinner. Wow! This may have been the best cinnamon roll we've had, and we've had some good ones. This one was the perfect amount of sweet, light, chewy, crisp, cinnamon goodness. We had the choice between caramel and cream cheese. We chose cream cheese. I'm sure the caramel was delicious, but the cream cheese was lick-the-box, cross-your-eyes-and-hear-angel-song fantastic. Friendly service, charming inside and out, and a surprisingly romantic breakfast.

Wonderful setting, friendly and attentive staff and delicious food. We ordered different things for breakfast and tastes the others breakfast. Yum! And delicious coffee. Not sure why most restaurants don't know how to make a good cup of coffee, but these folks have it figured out.

Enjoyed our evening meal with friends out on the patio. Waitress did an excellent job though there were 10 of us. Food was served warm and together for all of us. We ordered off of the happy hour menu with an array of seafoods from Calimari to Salmon Sliders! All was excell not and just enough. Had a Berry cobbler for dessert! RecommendedHi Ernie! Thank you so much for your feedback and for joining us with friends! It is so great to hear that you were able to enjoy the patio and your evening went smoothly because of the wonderful food and outstanding service that was provided. I will be sure to share your comments with our team and we look forward to seeing you next time! ~Taylor

Three of us had breakfast here today. We each had something different, moon biscuits and gravy, bagel and lox, and chorizo with eggs. All of the meals were large, tasty, and considerably above average quality. The service was great, the staff was friendly, and the ambience was eclectic. The place looks strange, but there's nothing strange about the food. If you are in or near Bremerton, you can't miss a breakfast here.

Had a meeting in the area so needed a place for a quick bite. The entrance is deceiving. Looks small but actually can seat a bunch of people. We were seated immediately. After we went there, I heard there is quite the story about the owner and what he does for the community. Impressive! Opted for burgers but they had a great surf and turf that night. Bun was a little squished but it was excellent. The meat was very good. French fries and onion rings very good too. Liked that they offered a variety of dipping sauce. Seems like they serve breakfast all day. Might go there again to try it out.
