Café Garden was established in Port Angeles 1990 and we have been developing and growing our menu ever since. Breakfast and lunch offer a very homey feel of freshness, creative quality and friendliness. At night, fresh local seafood and steak is the star.
This restaurant was recommended by our hotel so we thought weâd give it a try. We were not disappointed. They have fresh seafood specials and their chef does a fantastic job of putting everything together. We went there one night and went again the next morning for breakfast. All delicious. I would highly recommend.

The service was outstanding and exceptionally friendly. Great place for views to the north (Victoria Island) and to watch the setting sun. Good wine selection Food was outstanding (surf & turf w/ crab cakes and the halibut special). Parking on the street is free, there is a nearby lot, but there's a charge.

Eat, drink and gather at Next Door Gastropub, where we're serving a unique menu of burgers, beer, cocktails and more made with fresh, local ingredients.
We went in late at night and had about a 30-minute wait for a table. The service was friendly. The food was good. The cocktails were also good. It is one of the popular places in downtown Port Angeles frequented by a lot of young people.

When you come to Grannyâs Cafe, weâll welcome you with good old-fashioned hospitality, and serve up your favorite food alongside our famous soft serve ice cream.
We ate at Granny's for dinner one night while staying at Lake Crescent Lodge-we decided to try other places to eat other than the Lodge. What a great find!! Our food was absolutely delicious-I had ordered a salad and requested grilled chicken-no problem-the waitress was very accommodating. Prices were very reasonable. We also had the blackberry pie-so awesome-don't miss it.

Decor: Converted home with several booths, nice copper tables, warm lighting. Nice deck with tables for warmer weather.Menu: Covers beef, pork, seafood, chicken & pasta selections. Daily specials beyond regular menu.Service: Helpful, attentive.Quality: The smoked salmon appetizer was very good & shared by all at the table. The beef short ribs were excellent, the grilled halibut special with lemon risotto was good & the BBQ ribs were probably closer to average. Some of the dishes were a bit too spicy. The roasted vegetables were super fresh & well-prepared. Portions were satisfying. The Baileyâs mousse dessert was plenty chocolatey (and tasty), but it was difficult to detect the Baileyâs in it.Value: Just a wee bit on the expensive side.

We are an organic food restaurant with gluten-free and vegan options. Proudly serving breakfast and lunch we make all food fresh to order to assure quality and freshness.
Ate breakfast here while visiting Port Angeles and it was amazing. I had the pulled pork hash and a side of pancakes. The portions were huge and food was fabulous. The lemon flavored butter was excellent as well. My wife said her Mediterranean omelet was the best omelette sheâs ever had. Our service was top notch! I will definitely return if ever in the area.

On our way back from Hurricane Ridge, we had lunch at Chestnut Cottage on the recommendation of family members. It was wonderful! I had the peach berry salad and loved it. But the real treat was the barbecue chicken pizza...one of the best ever! Nice thin crust, great sauce, tender chicken. Service was delightful and I only wish it wasnât three thousand miles away!

Specializing in creative breakfasts and lunches.
Our breakfast at First Street Haven was outstanding! Each of our breakfast dishes was delicious and perfect in every way, and they were the most memorable of our entire vacation on the Olympic Peninsula. Even though you'll have too much food, make sure you order and enjoy the huge cinnamon rolls in addition to the rest of your breakfast - they are fantastic. First Street Haven is very small and the tables are really jammed in, but that just adds to the charm. You may have to wait for a table, but the wait will be worth it. Our server was great and all of the other servers appeared to be equally pleasant. We'll be having breakfast at the First Street Haven on our next vacation to the area! Port Angeles locals are lucky to have this gem.
