The burger was great and they did not skimp on the toppings. It was hot, fresh and ready to eat. I was even delivered to my table. This Hardee's was very clean, nice job.
Leaving a local restaurant and walking back to my car, I started to walk past this small shop. I thought a little dessert would be perfect. The variety of choices made it difficult to make a decision. Peanut butter or Oreo truffles? Cream brulee or cheese cake? And the cheesecakes, plain, Guinness, strawberry moonshine, and many others. My husband loves cream brulee and was returning from a mission trip. I wanted to surprise him with a treat but the pastries needed to be refrigerated and I didn't have a cooler with me. I ordered the strawberry moonshine cheesecake, an Oreo truffle, and two pieces of chocolate gooey butter cake which did not need refrigeration. One piece for my husband and one for our son. Each of the cheesecakes were cupcake size. They offer forks, make sure you pick one up. You'll want to use it to scrape every single dab of cream cheese, strawberries, and whipped cream from the paper. Next I ate the Oreo truffle. Scrumptious! Rich and creamy.Don't miss this little gem.

We stopped here to enjoy wine only. They do serve food however, we did not try anything. We first did the wine tasting before purchasing a bottle to enjoy on the nice wrap-around porch. We were a bit underwhelmed by the wines, but understand that tastes and preferences vary greatly. After selecting a red wine that we thought we would enjoy we found that the more we drank of it, the less we liked it. All of the wines we sampled had a "chemical" taste. Lovely setting but we would not return.
Business in Perryville. Imo's across from the hotel. A perfect match. I had the Provel cheese bites for an appetizer. The "All Meat" was the pizza. The thin crust was excellent. There was plenty toppings. All were served hot and fresh. Service was great. Price reasonable. Overall a great place.
I drive a truck for the areas giant gilster Mary Lee, and go in and out of the distribution center across the highway from this restaurant all the time. I am always seeing trucks parked outside so I figured I give it a try, after all if you want to know the best food joints, just ask a trucker.Me and my wife went in together, because I won't try a new sit down restaurant without her, and kind of got a newcomer stranger look. As if the place is expectant of regulars only, and you have to have been there a few times to be a respectable customer. We felt a little out of place, even though I am a part of the areas economic operations. Maybe I should have stopped in my bolster truck a few times before bringing my wife in... LolI ordered a bacon cheeseburger, my wife a soup. Hers was a little cold, but said it tasted real good, just could have been a little warmer. My burger was the big highlight. Taste compatible to a popular burger place where you also get shakes, in fact shake in part of the name. That alone wanted me to make a 4 star rating, but then if other TripAdvisor followers came I did not want to disappoint from my rating. Yes if you want a best tasting burger, on your way to Illinois, then it is worth a trip, but expect strange looks. The other issue is, it is hard to find. I am registering this place on TripAdvisor, and I seen the point on the map as the correct location, hopefully TripAdvisor staff don't try to 'correct' the location because of its main Street. Address and perryville zip code.It even has a post office but I think it shares a perryville zip code, so if you are cross referencing from other review sites their maps will falsely place it in the city of perryville. This is in a community called McBride, and as I said before when registering this I done all my homework to ensure that it has a proper place on the map...So if there is placement confusion from other websites this should be the most accurate, about 8 miles outside the town of perryville going toward chester, Illinois, you have to cut off the main road, and then a smaller road in a small industrial cluster. But food is worth finding it. If map problems arise, then I will try to change the review description as needed, but if it is correct then I will leave it the same so that others cross referencing get a better understanding of other websites misplacement mapping errors.

Jackson Street BrewCo is a local brewery specializing in delicious craft beer and serving brick oven pizzas and fresh pressed sandwiches.
We came in with a large group and the setup is you are kinda on your own. One cook, one waitress/bartender/does everything. The pizza was good but definitely could use more cheese..everyone said this. The cheese and meat board was very good and had some unique cheeses and meats.

My burger (can't remember name, something with Aioli sauce) was excellent: it had a mixture of sauces that provided a rich set of flavors without overpowering the beef. Fries were a bit overdone (I got some of the crispy remnants from the frier) but were flavorful. My partner's soup was also very good. Surprisingly good food for a small town. Service was rather slow, but they were crammed during a weekend festival.Thank you so much for your review! So sorry about the fries :( our fries are endless so on your next visit just ask for a refill and youâll get hot fresh ones! As for the service, you are absolutely right we get slammed during festivals but we appreciate patient guest like you!
