They have the best burgers Iâve eaten maybe ever. Def will go back and def recommend to anybody. The service and admosphere was just what youâd want in a diner.
They have biscuits instead of rolls which is nice. Meals are priced higher than any other chicken express I have been to and you get only one side instead of 2. Also no drink included which at every other one I have been to, it is. Gravy was watered down. Went at 12:30 & was so disappointed that our food was not hot. At an odd non meal time I expect that but at noon I expect hot food. Chicken express is my husband's favorite fast food chicken chain. He threw his food away & that never happens at chicken express. Maybe they were having an off day with gravy & food temperature.

My husband and I stopped here on the way home from Kansas. We had arbyq's. These sandwiches were the most awful sandwiches we have ever eaten. On this we do agree. The curly fries were good and the apple slices were, well they were just apple slices. The staff was nice, or else I would onlyl give them one star. We shall never return here.
I'm not aware of the state of the Dairy Twist before it's previous owner (Not the Thompsons) but during it's previous incarnation the Dairy Twist was a dirty and dingy restaurant that had bug problems and I refused to eat there. With that said, The Thompson family has taken what was left of the establishment and has made it into a reputable and clean restaurant. The food is good, the place looks clean and is very nice. The customer service is great.I have nothing but good things to say about the dairy twist, I only wish they were open a little bit later in the evening so I could enjoy their food more often.

We stopped here on our way home from Texas. We were very hungry and had already been to a couple other places and left because they didn't look good. We were greater warmly and seated. We wanted the buffet and we loved it. The food was fresh the place was clean and our service was flawless. The gal that waited on us was so kind. It was not very busy yet the food was all fresh.
We walked over from a nearby hotel. Once inside we were surprised by the interior. It was very updated and welcoming. The waitress motioned for us to seat ourselves. She quickly followed up to get our drink orders. We ordered and the food came fairly quickly. It was just what youâd expect from a diner, good down home cooking. The food was delicious and plentiful. In fact we couldnât finish it allOverall this was a great experience and weâd recommend this restaurant!!

while traveling through the area, co-worker & I stopped in for lunch as it looked like an interesting diner. Friendly service, plenty to choose from on the menu.I ordered a burger and fries. I must say these were the BEST fries I've ever had! They were great! Burger was good also.Would of like to had a milk shake or desert but don't need to calories.Would certainly eat here again if I'm in the area.

Came here due to a friends recommendation. Looked to be an awesome BBQ stop by the decor and savory smells. Everyone liked their meal ok but werenât blown away by the food as expected. A couple items were incorrect on our order but we never had any waitstaff check with us after our food was delivered. The food came out quickly which was nice and we just made sure the missing items werenât on our bill. Glasses for drinks were large which was nice because they never came to refill drinks. Seemed to be a very busy popular spot. Maybe food and experience would be better when they werenât so busy.

At Boomarang, we are proud to say that word of mouth has filled our restaurants for over 25 years. The appeal to Boomarang covers all ages. The truth is that great food, fast just doesn't go out of style. As word travels the Boomarang Diner legacy continu
Good food. Catfish and burgers are their specialties.Food has always been consistent each time, so we know what to expect each time.Good place to eat in a small town. It is downtown, not close to I-35 so some travelers may miss it.

We stopped in around 8pm on a Friday night. The staff was really friendly, especially our waitress, Keri. Keri delivered some of the best service Iâve ever experienced in any restaurant. I had the all-you-can-eat-catfish, which was hot and freshly prepared. My girlfriend had the smoked ham & cheese sandwich, which she said sheâd rate a 10/10. I have eaten in other restaurants an hour before their closing time, and received poor service. Punkinâs staff did not show any signs of wear and were on point until the time we left. I am already looking forward to going back.
