Was pretty disappointed with the food at Beach Shack. Food was lacking in both quality and taste. We ordered the pomodoro pasta and vegetable panini and were disappointed with both, especially the pasta. The sauce was extremely bland and the pasta incredibly overcooked and sticky. The vegetable panini wasn't even a panini, it was a toasted sliced bread sandwich that lacked flavour. The restaurant itself is quite nice with regular tables and chairs inside and big, comfortable bean bags laid along the beachfront where you can have food/drinks served whilst soaking in the good views. But based on my experience I wouldn't recommend or return for the food.

Highly recommend this place. Everything tasted fresh and was really delicious. Staff was very friendly and the order took only a few minutes. Prices are ok, 10⬠for burger, medium fries and a drink. The only thing that was confusing... there were all these poster â how to avoid plastic trashâ and so on, but on the other hand all of our drinks had plastic drinking straws and all of our sauces were in plastic, once to use cups. By the way...In all other restaurants in El Nido they had natural drinking straws. Yes, recycling is trendy this time so do it and donât just pretend it... anyway food was good. We will come back again. Dear Customer,We thank you for your great comments about the food and we apologized to not have yet availability of our standard metal straw that we just received yesterday and, after sterilization, in operation today (We don't want to use the bamboo straw for the porosity point of view.)We agree that delivering to our customers the plastic one use is very conflicting with our posters but surely, Sir, that our trash are not going to the street and not in our ocean !Our solid waste are segregated on 5 parts as you can see in the right side of our restaurant and collecting respectively by the municipality on a regular basis.Beside pretending, we are making an action and are very sensitive on the planet pollution, global warming, over fishing,... and participate always, beside many other community help initiatives, on inland or Island cleanup organized. Our concept itself is mostly based on sustainable material, we recycled 20 feet shipping containers to make our kitchens, we recycled wood palettes,we repair or recycle rather than throwing, we dried vegetables and fruit seeds to plant to the nature back, our used frying oil is recycling to be locally handmade soap,we minimized as much as we can the market availability of the single use packaging items, our glass jars and plastic containers conditioning for some of our purchasing product are kept for ulterior use, we are not selling plastic bottled water but offering free service water which is monthly laboratory controlled with certificate evidence showing on our customer panel board and can be presented at any request, our informative panels are also made by plastic but we keep it to reuse when ever I have any painting job to do.The list is too long to enumerate and we will never stop to improve. This is without talking about our waste water management system in place...Availability in the market is one of our main challenge in this developing Island, we are still waiting the production of our 2.5 oz paper sauce cup from Manila. We are so glad to see how our visitors are concerned about our place and we have only to thank you again with respect for your sensitivity on that point, you gave us more motivation to continue our fight, SirWe hope that those few examples soothe your fear. We are ready to see you back and we"ll be glad to show you that the above mentioned are true and implemented.Respectfully yours

Come home to a hearty home-style goodness at White Fence Cafe. Bring your family and friends and enjoy sumptuous comfort food thatâs all made with love.
The place was empty at around 2 pm when we went there for lunch. We waited a bit for someone to attend to us. But it was worth it. The food was really good and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended!

We are a modern beach front restobar serving gourmet burgers, grilled paninis, sliders, salads, and vegetarian meals, and custom cocktails at El Nido's newest beach , Lio Beach. Enjoy the ocean view while sitting on our 2nd floor balcony. For the best par
If you're craving a burger while you're in El Nido, you need to stop by Pair-a-dice Burger Bar! The burgers are absolutely unreal, just incredibly tasty, and their secret sauce is one of the best things I've ever had. The food itself is worth the trip from El Nido to Lio Beach, but Lio Beach itself is just stunning, so I would definitely recommend going if you want to relax by the beach before getting stuck into some delicious food with an incredible view! The owner Dominick is also an incredible host, he was really attentive to me and my friends and made sure we were all well looked after!

El Nido Town's go-to Vegan hotspot for dairy-free specialty coffee, refreshing and healthy smoothie bowls, vegan meals, pastries and snacks.
Came here for a smoothie bowl but wasnât able to get any of their many options without banana as Iâm allergic so that was very disappointing. And then was going to opt for the cashew jam bagel but they also didnât have that so I ended up having a blueberry muffin which was dense and actually had 2 ants on the bottom which I only noticed because I took it away so could have actually eaten an ant My boyfriend really enjoyed his smoothie bowl & the coffee was nice and really good quality!

The first and original All-American backyard style restaurant. Bringing you small town charm. Serving classic American hamburgers, smoked ribs, pulled pork, chicken and classic fresh sides to go with the meats. We Smoke our meats daily so late night we co
As per previous trip advisors I donât know how this place has had excellent reviews as itâs not what we experienced. Clearly the change in management has had a negative effect on this once excellent restaurant. Poorly cooked presented food. Staff show no love or care for service let alone want to be there. Itâs over rated lacks good service and food quality nothing special try elsewhere my advice to tourists. Its very sad that people come to a restaurant and think they know the thoughts of the hard working staff at our restaurant. Our staff are very proud and dedicated to our restaurant, they provide very good service and great tasting food as expressed by hundreds of our customers. We have maintained our food quality and taste, if i may quote two Texans that were here the previous night, our ribs are as good or better then back home.I did note that you also ate all the ribs leaving only the bones. Anyway I realize in life you can't please everyone, I hope you find what you are looking for, thank you.
