Delicious and well seasoned ribs and chicken. The meat was so tender that it was falling off the bone. We shared the chicken and rib plate with fried okra, macaroni and cheese, and fried. All were seasoned well and in healthy portions.

Went to dinner here last evening. We sat on the patio and taken back by the nice view of golf course and surrounding valley. Our server Tammy, was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The food was fantastic. Would definitely return and hopefully Tammy will be our server when we do return. Hello, Thank you for taking a moment to share your wonderful experience. We are elated to learn that you had a relaxing dining experience. I will pass along your kind comments to Tammy and our staff as feedback like yours boosts the team's morale. We eat lunch once a month. It's a nice 40 min drive from the Vista location. Vista is always so busy. The Valley Center has atmosphere with gardens, butterflies and it's very tranquil...Their menu is limited, fresh and always yummy.

As a restaurant Iâd give this a solid four stars. The menu is good, food was excellent and service was wonderful from Danielle. But we also were getting taken care of for some events over the course of a couple days and the banquet food they provided was not good at all. Also, we finished one event at 8:30 and quite a few of us went into the bar area to have drinks and chat, but the bar shut down at 8:45. That was really weak. There were twenty people wanting to booze it up, with no luck!

We love this restaurant! Take the family, meet the girls for lunch or enjoy a âDate Nightâ. The food is amazing, huge portions (share) and of course, the BEST Bloody Mary EVER! They have outdoor, bar and indoor seating. We took over the outside tables for a large family event and the service was the best ever. You will not be disappointed with their comfort food.

Great sandwiches and big enough to share. If staying at hotel and not wanting to eat at poolside or want to skip the buffet this is a great choice. Before checking out we sometimes buy a sandwich for the road on our 2 hour ride home and share it. My wife likes to have Plum wine which she gets from Sushi Sake which is located right there to have with sandwich.

The Cave Lounge has recently started a happy hour. There are quite a few interesting choices of food/bites. The drink specials are good deals, and we will partake again! Great atmosphere too!

We were surprised to find that this elegant restaurant had so few reviews. We would have expected that the combination of outstanding food selection, preparation and presentation, coupled with outstanding service, would have merited more attention. At least "Very Goods" if not "Excellents." My wife could not say enough good things about the cool, firm sweetness of the tomato salad and my onion soup. although not served in the classic dish, was a great taste experience. Her petite filet and my prime rib were both succulent and cooked essentially to order. One quibble was the wine list which had an exceptionally broad and deep selection of California wines, mostly priced at levels acceptable to few people, and very limited and unexceptional offerings of French, Italian, Australian and South American wines. The bias of the selection of the offering was disappointing given the elegance of the restaurant. Stephen was an outstanding and knowledgeable server demonstrating a level of professionalism infrequently seen in today's so called "fine dining" establishments. He even managed to find a bottle of a rarely offered Italian digestif . There is no bar attached to the restaurant and one enters directly into a very limited waiting area, which must get crowded at peak times. Parking in the facilities of the host casino is very easy.

The lunch buffet was large which included Prime Rib. An Italian, Mexican, Asian, Seafood and Salad Station along with a fresh stir fry station. Loved the desserts which included a Creme' Brulee and Tiramisu. A comfortable dining room away from the noise of the casino made for a quiet lunch.
