After waiting for a server for over 15 minutes we should have known it wasn't going to get much better. I ordered a bowl of soup (tomato basil) which tasted like pure thick chunky spaghetti sauce. Which by the way took an additional 15 minutes. And when I didn't eat it and pushed it aside I wasn't even questioned why. The only other items we ordered was the pub pretzels and tater tots. They weren't even brought out at the same time and was greasy and not appealing. And as we waited for our food I watched the hostess who's job was to seat people and clear tables spend more time on her cell phone than doing her job. We apologize that your visit with us was less than great. It's not what we like to hear. I wish we would have known you didn't enjoy your food when you were there, we certainly would have tried to make things right for you then. If you'd like to give us another try please ask for Kenny, I'd be happy to take care of you!
went there on 2-22-14, worst place ever, was served a warm, flat bud lite draft. I took it right back to the bar whereas the bartender said it was a new keg, I did exchange for a miller lite, draft, also warm. They advertise their onion rings that they batter it in beer, well these were the worst frozen onion rings ever(they do not batter them there) , and by the way you get 6 small ones for 4.00. Could not get a server to come to table, had to place our order at bar. If you like warm beer and terrible food, this is the place for you!

Went there over Xmas break for dinner on a Saturday night, pot perch and perogies. Both were room temp when I got them, kids pasta dishes were hot, not mine. Baba ganoush was good, pitas really this and cold, thought they might heat them up. Didnât really give me any reason to go backHello, thank you for coming in over the holiday's! We are glad to hear that you were pleased with our baba ganooj. We are sorry to hear that your meal was not at your desired temperature. We would love for you to give us another chance. Just an average local Tavern , but don't be deterred, you'll LOVE their Pizza. I ordered Canadian bacon, red peppers and Mushrooms Large Pie. Crust perfect, just the right amount of sauce, size perfect, what more can I say, go get one , you won't be disappointed.

All-Ohio Burgers. All-Ohio Beer. All-Ohio Camaraderie. The Rail is all about keeping it local. From our locally sourced burgers and sandwiches to our all-Ohio craft beer taps to our old-school, hand-dipped milkshakes, we locally source as many ingredients
After a long day of traveling to a reunion with my brothers in northeastern Ohio, we opted to visit The Rail in North Olmsted - which adjoins the Great Northern Mall on the northeast corner (right under the movie sign). It was pretty late when we arrived, and the place was still pretty busy, but we were seated in a nice booth, just opposite the bar, which was much quieter than the rest of the restaurant. Our server greeted us and we each chose from the extensive selection of craft draft beer. As we contemplated the pretty extensive burger menu, our server returned and was nice enough to point out that we'd timed our first visit to coincide with National Cheeseburger Day - which had almost all of the burgers on the menu that were regularly priced at $9 - $12, specially priced that day for $5. Winner! We all went with some variation of the selection of burgers. All the burgers arrived pretty promptly, and all looked good. For my order, I elected to "trade up" to the homemade tater tots, which didn't disappoint - and were round, plump little balls of deep-fried potato deliciousness, which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My burger was pretty good and was served on a nice soft brioche bun. All around we agreed that the burgers and the nice selection of beers were plenty of reason to make a return trip to The Rail at some point in the future.

On a crowded Friday evening we sat at the bar and had a great meal. The atmosphere, the staff, and the food were all welcoming. Besides, we were a short walk from Kulas Hall on the campus of Baldwin Wallace College, where we were going to a concert. Good choice of beers, wine, and other bar items. Generous helpings and a variety of food options on the menu.

My husband and I stopped at Clementines for lunch and we were not disappointed! The first thing I saw as we stepped through the door was a bakery case which had scrumptious looking sweets including swan cream puffs! My husband ordered the meatloaf cupcake which was as delicious as it looked and I had the avocado sandwich which was very good.

Great food! My wife and I both loved our burgers. Quite an extensive menu! There will be something to please just about everyone. Their homemade chips are delicious! Good sized portions. The draft beer list was not very large - slightly disappointing. Service was good - Lisa did s fine job. The ambiance of the old firehouse was great!
