This is a 50's themed diner. You know the type - old road signs, checkered floor, waitresses in poodle skirts. The food was good - hamburgers, grilled cheese, and ice cream. They make amazing milkshakes, or you can get a dish or cone of Tillamook Ice Cream. Good food, good service, OK prices.

Outstanding little seafood shack/market, and popular for a good reason. This was a quick snack after visiting the creamery across the street. It wound up being more filling than we anticipated. Great chowder, and a hearty portion for the price, but make sure you stir it up, because the clams seemed to sink to the bottom. Wifey and her dad went specifically for the smoked salmon, and loved every bite. I was zeroed in on the Shrimp Cocktail, and they upgraded me to prawns instead of the salad shrimp, because they thought the small shrimp was going bad. I appreciated that. I probably would never have noticed, but my intestines might have later in the day...

There is nothing better than the combination of great food, excellent service and convenience! The Shilo Restaurant and full service bar are located directly through the main lobby, behind the front desk area. We serve a variety of Northwest favorites alo
Breakfast was offered as part of the room charge. The choices of breakfast included, scrambled eggs, biscuits/gravy, sausage, home fries, cereal, muffins, Danish, fruit and juice. There was plenty of food available. There was also a tip jar for the staff, which is a first, as most times, in hotels I just find the staff members and give them something. The tip jar made this easier.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Waited in line over 10 min. While a family of 3 tried to figure out what they wanted. Stand in line to order, no table service. Several employees behind the bar doing nothing. Unbelievable. Yet down the road in Pacific City the Pelican leads the pack in all areas of service.

We heard about this place and decided to stop for the night on our way down the 101. If you're in an RV, you can ask inside for permission to spend the night - you'll get a parking permit good for up to 2 nights - no charge. We had lunch upon our arrival. I had a soup and salad trio for $9.50 - I chose a superfood salad and Amish pea salad and a cup of curried chicken and rice soup. The soup was heavy on the rice, but delicious. The salads were good. My husband had a half Reuben sandwich with a cup of clam chowder that he said was very good. Many of the sandwiches are made with Blue Heron brie cheese (how can you go wrong?). You order at the counter and lunch is delivered to your table. You can grab a bottle of beer or a glass of wine to go with your lunch if you wish. Or enjoy a wine tasting - $5 for 5 wines. We picked up a small wheel of their peppercorn brie to take with us. My husband plans to go back in tomorrow morning for a breakfast panini before we continue on down the road. I'm sure we'll be up early as there's a hen house here and I expect to hear roosters crowing. The hens are free feeding out in the field directly behind our RV at the moment. It's a lovely property. This was our first time here and we'd definitely stop again for lunch or an overnight.

This is where it all started back in 1996. Envisioned by three inspired founders, a little run-down beachfront building began its transformation into the international icon it is today. The only beachfront brewpub in the Pacific Northwest, this inviting e
A day trip to this Oregon beach with out of state visitors. Weather was super. Sam was our waiter and handled the seven of us with perfection. We had lunch. Honey and I shared the Dungeness Crab Mac and Cheese. It was amazing!! Great beers during previous visits as well. This place is popular for these reasons.

We ordered a pizza and wings for carry out. The Upstairs special pizza was ok, thick crust; lots of pepperoni, so unless youâre a big fan, it might be too much. The wings unfortunately were not done inside. We baked them for 20 minutes and then, they were fine. Lots of Tabasco in the sauce, so again, only good if you like that. Wonât be going back.

The Schooner Restaurant & Lounge specializes in farm-to-table, locally sourced cuisine. Known nationally for our fresh Netarts Bay oysters! Specialty craft cocktails, local micro-brews and Oregon/Washington wine selections!
We stopped for drinks and apps. Service was slow getting our drinks, not sure why. Food was good, we got the crab dip and calamari. Sat on the patio, beware if it is sunny the metal tables could be hot and have a bright reflection from the sun.

The fresh food here is cooked to order which is always the best. Great seafood, pulled pork, tacos, and clams. The coffee is great as well. The service is good. Just a small place, no reservations, first come first served. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Moderately priced.

Hands down the best seafood this trip. One night a Stuffed Sole with red snapper and bay shrimp. Another night red snapper v lightly breaded. Very high rated crab cakes. Beer wine, excellent ocean view and restaurant atmosphere. I counted 10 tables. Fills up quickly. Priced well moderate to high.
