I love No. 6 Coffee, as they roast their beans to an appropriate amount (unlike others who outright burn them). My issue with the Vibe is the shop is open certain days for "roasting" and not open for coffee. Seems extremely short sighted that If I want a cofee I cant come in on Sunday through Wednesday to enjoy a cup. Sunday, Monday closed, Tuesday Wednesday, roasting days and then Thursday, Friday, SAturday is the tasting bar. If your not going to be open for public to support you by buying coffee, then buy an industrial location and focus on wholesale. The whole thing is absurd. Not to mention if you just staffed the bar, and had all roasting days open for tasting, you would get much more business (especially if you could enjoy a cup while watching the roasting. The owner seems nice, but his logic is odd.How do you even rate this as a restaurnt when they are only serving a product 3 days a weekHi Jenny,Thank you so much for the kind words and honest feedback.Just to give a little perspective, we're a very small and new roastery that doesn't have the startup capital that a company like Starbucks would have. At this moment we only have the means to staff for two days of roasting and 3 days of tasting bar. Staffing to open the tasting bar 6-7 days a week for longer hours at this moment would create debt much faster than establishing a customer base to cover cost. We'll get there someday but financially it makes more sense for us to take the slow and steady approach for now.Your feedback is very much appreciated. Stopped in Nelson on our way to explore the Canadian Rockies a bit. Heard that this restaurant would provide good vegan options and we were NOT disappointed. The lettuce wrap appetizer (with tofu) was superb. My husband had the Pho - loved every sip of it - and i had a Poke Bowl - not on the menu that night, but our charming waitress was very familiar with plant-based diet and asked the chef who happily recreated the dish for me - an amazing blend of wonderful flavors. Loved this place!!

Was staying at the hotel where this is located and so stopped in for a couple drinks. They had Caesars on special....and they were some kind of spicy.....so I had a second! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.Dear I_Roam_AB,Thanks for the nice words! Not sure what kept us from the 5 star mark, but we appreciate the comments all the same.

We had a nice dinner at the general store restaurant. I had the club house sandwich and my wife the ravioli. The only complaint I would have is the sandwich was a little dry.

Stopped in with my wife and good friend for dinner. I ordered the full rack of ribs...disappointed. I am 100% certain these are the pre-cooked frozen ribs that you buy from a restaurant food supply company. They were edible but generic. Pretty slow service as well considering that all they had to do was re-heat it.Thanks for your review. Well I hate to tell you this, but your 100% certainty was a little off the mark this time. We definitely DO NOT buy any pre-cooked proteins for our restaurant, and I'd even go as far as to walk you through our kitchen to prove it to you. We braise our ribs in house daily. Now, are they re-heated? Yes, like every other restaurant that serves ribs, as they need to cook for 4 hours to be fall off the bone, so you'd be waiting an exceptionally long time if you wanted them fresh. So we definitely bring them back to temperature for individual orders. However, this is not as simple as throwing them in a microwave to reheat as you imply. We bring them back to temperature slowly, as to not negatively affect the previously mentioned braising process, and this can take as much time as cooking a raw steak to medium. We are sorry that they weren't to your liking, but your comments are way off the mark here.

So I have eaten at relish a few times and have useally had great food. Went there last week for breakfast and food was good. However we kind of felt like we were an inconvenience to the waitress. I think our decision to sit on the patio disapointed the waitress right off and we showen this by the lack of service we received. It was to bad because breakfast was delicious but the service left a bit of a bad taste. TInak you for your feedback. I have adddressed all servcice issues and look forward to making the service as good or better then the food.

Stopped for a drink on the patio and grabbed some appyâs to share. Decent spot to check out and although we didnât sit inside, looked tastefully decorated and would come back to check it out.
