The reason I am giving this excellent rating is because on a rainy day they made me feel so welcomed, great coffee and accomodating in food.Sometimes when you have an infant in a pram, cafes canât fit you in because itâs too tight to manoeuvre around. This place is spacious even when full so I was able to bring my 6 month old in. I also noticed that they were pet friendly with dogs able to be close to their owners (obviously not inside)The coffee is the best in Mona Vale...So if you like coffee this is the place. I did notice they do smoothies and teas as well.The food is great with a mixture of healthy options but you can also have the sweet breakfast i.e pancakes, Nutella jaffles but I asked for their recommendations I wanted to be a bit healthy so I ended up with the The Fence (gardener)....yummy!The Owners also have an amazing cafe in Manly âBelgrave Cartelâ so to come up to Mona Vale and bring the X factor these boys have smashed it!Hey Natalie T,We are super stoked you enjoyed your experience @loloslounge,as we have at @belgravecartel we pride ourselves on our customers experience so thank you for this review. The Original El Torito Tex Mex establish in 1987 by Adrian and Marie Stolk... Throughout the 14 years the lovely couple had four burritos of their own making this a family owned and operated business highly regarded as the best Mex on the Northern Beaches

The menu states that the âoriginal ownersâ from 1987 are back...they are in fact not! Iâve been going to Tex Mex since 1989 and Iâve been ordering the same meal for 30 years, however it is no longer on the menu (nachos con guaca). Iâve never had a bad meal at tex mex, until tonight. Went there tonight and the service was unusually bad, the food was terrible and to top it off, the beer was past its useby! We ordered Pacifico beers and they were stamped best before May 2019. I showed the barman and he didnât care, he just said that he had just opened the case today ...definitely donât order Pacifico beer in the near future as he didnât look like they cared that the been was out of date. They didnât take the out of date beers off the bill and then had the hide to ask if we wanted to add a tip! Crap food, crap service and crap out of date beer. The old tex mex ambience is totally gone, definitely under new management for the worst, hopefully the original owners come back soon.
