We have stayed at the campground right behind this place a couple of years now and this year we decided we would try the Countryside Inn. It is Kelly's Countryside Inn and Kelly is awesome! We showed up late to this place 3 ties, and 3 times they pulled out the food for us! In today's world, who dos that for their customers anymore. The cook was like, what do you want? And it was all yummy! Drinks were fair price and plentiful! The Thursday night spaghetti for $4 is an amazing deal! We had sandwiches one night and burgers another, excellent food at a much better price than most places all around. I guess one night they have 2 for 1 burgers, which we had the burgers a different night and they were yummy! The atmosphere is that of a small town place where you can go and just feel comfortable. The bartenders are all very nice and talk to everyone! Some nights they have open jam sessions and other entertainment, we did not see that but heard it was great!Last they have a huge room in the back for events they do. We didn't witness those but since their food is so good I would bet the event would have excellent food too! They are on Facebook under Countryside Inn
My wife and I stopped here for breakfast during a moderate snow storm. This a typical small town Mom & Pop family restaurant. They have a sizable menu for breakfast and lunch. They even have an all you can eat breakfast for $6.00. A couple of us ordered eggs of our choice with potatoes of our choice, toast and blue gill fillets. The fish was very tasty as were the other items on the platter. The other couple had scrambled eggs with diced ham, potatoes and toast. The prices are reasonable, the food tasted good, and the portions were good.. Our server was a young high school young man that was very pleasant. The clientele was young couples. families, and a few deer hunters.

We were a party of eight hungry hikers stopping for lunch after a vigorous walk on the Storrs Lake segment of the Ice Age Trail in the Kettle Moraine National Forest. It was mid afternoon and the place was almost empty. We asked the waitress for water and icy pitchers were promptly delivered. Each of us ordered a different item from the huge menu. It's not just bar food. The bacon peanut butter burger was interesting and pronounced delicious. I had the brisket sandwich, on a tender bun piled high and with Cole slaw in the bun. The hit was the beet salad side dish. I later asked about how it was made and they gave me the recipe. No complaint about separate checks. The food came out rapidly and we all ate together. It is out in the country so you need to know its there but I want to go back soon. It's a large place and they may have bands on the weekend and a popular Friday fish fry.

Visited for the first time midweek. Not too many customers. We ordered burgers, pizza, and a Buffalo Chicken wrap. Food was good, served hot. The bartender was a one man show serving as bartender, server, and cook. He managed it well and was friendly too!

The Milwaukee Grill is a local restaurant, bar & grill in Janesville, WI with outside patio seating and a private banquet room. Independently owned and operated for over 25 years, "The Grill" has served quality food to discerning customers who enjoy fresh
Based on Trip Advisor review ratings, including noting it is a local restaurant, decided to eat here. Itâs surrounded by your typical franchise eateries, and from all appearances looks a franchise, but the food indicated otherwise. Loved the Meatloaf nested on garlic mashed potatoes and covered with a unique, tomato gravy and ribbon onion rings. Delicious! Spouse really liked her Milwaukee burger and fries. If I didnât live 5 hours away, I would definitely return to try other menu items.

We enjoy the fish fry at Red Zone frequently. The food is hot and tasty, the beer is cold, and the price is reasonable. My girlfriend had the baked cod and she said it was delicious; I had the fried cod and it was great as always. Its also nice that there are several potato choices to go with the meal.

This is the second time we have dined here. The service and food were top notch! Many in our party had Prime Rib and Scallops. All were prepared well and outstanding! We all enjoyed our meals. We will be returning soon. To us one of THE BEST SUPPER CLUBS IN THE AREA!

We went on a Saturday night with another couple. They have a large bar area with TV's, a fireplace and boozy drinks so you can keep yourself busy as you wait to be seated. The food was overall pretty good and the environment is your typical WI Supper Club, somewhat of a time warp experience. Warm environment and pleasant staff. Will be back in the summer to enjoy the patio!

This is such a neat restaurant food always good. The owner comes around to each of the tables and makes you feel welcome. I am hooked on the country breakfast. Big portion of hash browns with mushrooms, onion, green peppers and cheese topped with eggs. It is great. The staff is also very nice.
