Loved the building, great atmosphere with the upstairs, the porch swing and board games. We had ice cream on a hot summer day, but the coffee smelled wonderful. Prices were very reasonable and everyone was friendly. Can't wait to visit again on our next trip!

A nice place to relax and eat and enjoy the great views. Buffet daily with the usual fare. Excellent service from all the staff. After eating enjoy the rocking chairs and the front porch views.
Our "twelve foot" submarine wasn't ready at the requested time but for our inconvenience of having to make a second trip, they cut it for no extra charge! The portions and the taste were very satisfactory so that we overlooked the earlier inconvenience and they saved a good review from me.

We must have gotten there late as really nothing left on the buffet. However, a family came in desiring the buffet and the refurbished the buffet with plentiful options. We ordered breakfast off the menu. Biscuits and gravy good, plenty of bacon with the eggs. Coffee ok waitress attentive. As we left they set out the lunch buffet which looked good. Not many choices around or at least that jumped out at us. So we were glad this place3 came along.

This was a great choice to eat here. J had a very tender ribeye steak, baked potato and I had hamburger steak with grilled onions mushrooms and gravy. Both were ample servings. We enjoyed it all. Very nice atmosphere and excellent service. We wanted dessert but we were too full. They brought them out on a platter to show and they were certainly tempting. Go try it you wonât be disappointed. Good variety of choices and price points, seemed reasonable to us.

Very enjoyable! And so much more atmosphere than some other similarly themed drive ins. Signs in the rest rooms are fun! Servers were young and vivacious. Food is good, not great, but filling and fun. Local sheriff officers were eating here too, that says something! Weâll be back.

A novel idea-a bread bar - it was deliciousâYeast rolls, garlic bread, breadsticks and cornbread were all so fresh from the oven and homemade rolls were hot and yeasty. They kept on bring out hot bread to the self serve bread bar. Chicken fried chicken was hand breaded, large with real mashed potatoes and I chose fried okra for one of my sides. The gravy tasted homemade. Husband really liked his tender, grilled steak, baked potato and salad. Spacious restaurant, excellent server. We were so pleased to find this restaurant.

We accidently found this cafe while just looking around the town. We've been visiting Mena for many years but didn't know it was here. But now on to our evaluation of the Skyline Cafe: We had the best home-cooked style meal in several years. The food was well prepared and promptly served in their dining area in a building that gave us the casual comfort feeling of the lost past times with cafe's once located in our home area. These type cafe's are now all gone from our area and have been replaced with the modern "glass & chrome" structures. We don't go to Mena very often but when we do go back we will eat all our meals there when they're open. Their menu has a good viriety of home cooked dishes that should satisfy most customers. I wish they had a higher rating I could give them becaue it's clean and such a great place to eat.
